The Court is very different from Congress in that sense, and in many other ways. When was the last time there was a Supreme Court scandal? The institution has consistently attracted people of great integrity and talent.
They are formed for, after tests. This is really different than advocacy or judge, somewhat; because they have to compil a lot of things. Happy for recognized all over the years, as they are able.
From listening to the cases after Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson assumed her duty, I have noticed a huge shift in Amy Coney Barrett. I'm not entirely saying its related but I've always remembered the Justices saying everything gets shaken up with a new addition, and I noticed.
@ambigera That is so true. I hadn't noticed that and I've listened to hundreds of oral arguments, both recorded and live. I suppose it's a reflection of their careful, deliberative thinking, a necessary tool for doing their jobs well.
No government shutdown. Just make sure that there are NO EXEMPTIONS for anyone. They want this law, and a American Public filled with tooooooooo many Low Information Voters; then let everyone feel the squeeze on their pocketbooks. Like the family that saw there High Deductible Plan go from 360.00 to 980.00 a month.
@etbella3 This is the greatest comment in the history of youtube. An amendment to the "Bill of Rights." Overturning all Supreme Court decisions. Patriot Act the politicos. - *Wampeters, Foma, and Granfalloons.* I pray to Jeebus that you are under the age of 14 and had mono during Middle School civics.

Their assault has had little to do with the law, and everything to do with politics and ideology.
darth vader ginsberg is entitled to her opines as we are. as long as she is not making laws on her opiniopns in the supreme court. that we have not had our representatives say yeah or nay in . she is as fine as any of the rest of them.
