I live in Wisconsin and am far from elk county I was blessed enough to be invited to go along with my dad to Utah on an archery elk hunt I had 8 cows within 8 yards! Sadly I couldn’t draw my bow without spooking them but to say the least I’m hooked and going elk hunting for this Wisconsin hunter was truly breathtaking and heaven on earth! I feel extremely blessed to be able to have gone this last year with the cancellation of my high school football with COVID! To say the least thank you for helping bring back to memories and sharing your great memories all your videos I race to watch!
Hunting like this With the Spirit of God Brings these experiences to a whole new level . This is the way hunting should be Respectful Of all of God's creations . Enjoy your shows And respect to all .
To me adding all this supernatural god stuff takes away from the true experience. How are you one with nature when you have this constant separation in your head, along with this idea of dominion over the animals you hunt... It's not Humans and nature, it's just nature. Funny how we all get different things from hunting.

I'm a city dweller now but I spent 15 years in Colorado and ten of those years in the southern San Juan's. I hunted every season as we depended on the wild game to supplement our food supple. My last elk hunt was in the infamous Naturita Canyon, where only the crazy hunters dare to hunt. It took two days to pack my elk out but well worth it. I had horses but would not risk injury in the steep and rocky terrain. I'm also a believer and truely long for the solitude of those mountains.....................
stunning shot through this small opening to shoot this elk - must be really quick mentally to get this shot off that quickly. Beautiful landscape. Must have been a pretty challenging hunt once the weather changed.

That first bull was a dandy - I've never seen a set of antlers quite that big (for a "double side"). God bless you as you continue to testify for Christ and share these stories.
The last hunt is my kinda elk huntin!! There is nothin like snow on the ground and workin through timber and mahogany thickets, I live for that style elk huntin and have been hunting that way since I could keep up with my dad and the men of my family. A .338 Win Mag, snow on the ground, and bad weather evens the playing field because a big bull has zero advantage on you when he can't hear you, the wind is blowing hard. As I write this I'm going to contradict what I just said and say my biggest bull was taken in a year that was in the 60's during the day and teens at night, on a November elk hunt! So big bulls make mistakes when they make mistakes I guess, but for me it's just like the final bull taken in thus episode.........slow hunting snow baby!!!!
Hey idk if yall have looked into it. But the forest service has been cracking down on having a permit to "record hunting television and movies" you may want to look into getting a permit so you can keep posting and sharing these great vids
Love your enthusiasm for GOD and for hunting. That is two awesome bulls and glad to see that y’all take all the meat possible. I hate watching videos where they kill an animal and leave a lot of meat on the carcass.
