Her podcast appearances on Prana Stories are well worth a watch to understand about Sri Vidya in particular and Tantra in general. She is a good combination of communication skills and knowledge. Tantra is everywhere in Pujas wherever there is a process. Tantra also means Science.
True most western people never understood Tantra and misused the term for business and profit, yet Arthur Avalon has translated quite well some Tantric texts, Serpent Power being one.
Tantra is practical science and no amount of Panditya can unravel it. There is more than the 10 Mahavidyas, like Saurya, Ganapatya etc.
Even practice has regional aspects, Kashmir Tantra is based mostly on Knowledge, where in South its puja based, and in East is mostly vamachara a different ball game altogether delving in overcoming Ego through Fear.
Tantra is not child play game .its secret ..do not try it without any proper and apt guru otherwise your body will be sick that no one can treat
@@vikasbharti2017 Problem is illusion of quick results, that is actually a myth. In Tantra too one got to ace till Dhayana to get Siddhi, just like Patanjali's Yoga Sutras:
Yama: Moral disciplines or restraints
Niyama: Positive duties or observances
Asana: Yoga postures
Pranayama: Breathing techniques
Pratyahara: Withdrawing the senses
Dharana: Focused concentration
Dhyana: Meditative absorption
Samadhi: Bliss or Siddhi
So it a time consuming thing that carries on for births not years. No amount of Yantra or Mudra alone can take one there. Mantra with purified sound is the key.
BTW this isn't my opinion but of a practitioner from Siddha Ashram I was trained by for some time.

Its path of chitta vriti nirodha ..it destroy fluctuations of manah and leads moksha ..and moksha is not tantra ..
Tantra means system of transformation of energy from one point to another point ..
Uchatan,maran,marjan etc are part of tantra..
A siddha tantrk can kill u by tantra without touching and seeing ..but he also can not escape from law of karma from killing ..
Its nuclear power ,either u can use or misuse ,it depends on u but keep in mind that law of karma will applicable in both cases and u will be liable of using it
We all need to learn the basics. Tantra ❤. Dont judge a girl, if she is not your girlfriend 🕉️

The Tantra is nothing but realising oneself as the Shiba. There is a Manual to guide you the practice of Tantra; the Vigyan Bhairab Tantra. It specify 112 ways of Sadhana.Any one of the way can help one to achieve the Consciousness. Some sets of practice are Drishti (seeing), Pranayam ( (Breathing) etc.
Tantra means system as dharm tantra ,raaj tantra , tantra means knowing physical energy .

After doing meditation if we have any query you just put it & you will receive guidance from universe. So I was doing all this out of interest I have started doing chakra meditation, in sahajyog they Conect with energy .surprisingly I have noticed I get guidance in various forms which let me know I am on proper pathway
Actually I was studying chakra initially to corelate what I have studied in my medical study & what it is described in yoga.I AM so lucky now I am feeling energy flow from mooladhar & cosmic energy entering from sahastrar. I don't believe God or doing Murtipooja but now I have started belving energy pattern
All British were not ignorant about Tantra. One of the great scholar of Indian tantric Science was Arthur Avalon also known as Sir John Woodruff. Read his book The Serpent Power,which is more simply written.

Kundalini is commonly called frequency, you must have experienced that sometimes suddenly you feel like talking to your dear friend and after a while he calls you, or you remember a song and the same song is heard on radio or TV, this is not a mere coincidence but your frequency matches with it somewhere, we can call it Kundalini awakening, which even an ordinary person can experience, and the person who does mantra sadhna, tapasya every day, his Kundalini gradually awakens forever and he becomes proficient in tantra sadhna. And the one who does devotion selflessly does not desire the fruit, because getting cut is certain, whether it is a hand or a finger, it depends on your karma, your destiny is certain, good or bad, it depends on your karma🙏

Talking about black magic, I’ll give you one example. A Guy who lived near my Home became the Victim of Black Magic. His Grandfather used to Practice it for years. It eventually backfired on his Grandson. One night his Grandson saw something Scary. After that incident, the Guy was walking around like a Dead Person out of touch with reality. He eventually died 4 years later of Unknown reasons. Even the Doctor couldn’t explain the real cause of his Death. The Guy was 100 Percent Healthy till that incident.
