I want to ask you a little bit doubt which I have,I got siddhalaxmi ganpathy mantram,baala mantra and chandi mantram also..
I have recently started,doing ganapathy tarpanam on regular basis...as well as I have completed 1 lakh jaap of bala mantra in last Sharath navratri by the guidence of my guru.
Someone told me that bala mantra has 3 beejakshar..and My sadguru has given me bala mantra of 6 beejakshara I don't know what is the right..I did 1 lakh jaap of 6 beejakshara bala mantra...
Please tell me am I going in right way???

First of all you should not have any doubts on your Guru. Always follow one Guru. You should believe in your Guru blindly no matter he said right or wrong. Please follow your Guru

For chanting Mahashodashi, some say we should Not add OM in beginning according to Shakti lineage schools. But some others say Om must be added and it brings impure birth according to vedas etc.
Which is more correct for Srividya according to your own experience and knowledge?

The beejaksharas in the mantras are limited. If it is shodashi it should be only 16, when you add any other seed letter it will become 17. For example take "Aim Hrim Sreem chamundayai vicche" this is navakshari when you add OM to the same mantra, it will become dasakshari it will give different effects. So we should never experiment on such things.

Hello sir, you mentioned 6 mantras for ganapthi, Bala, raja shyamala, varahi and Sri lalitha. However there are only 5 devathas mentioned, so does that mean we have 2 mantras for any specific devatha?

Amma there are 7 chakras in our body. Mooladhara chakra adistana devata is ganapathi, swadhistana chakra adistana devata is bala, manipura chakra adistana devata is chandi, anahata chakra adistana devata is raja shymala, vishudhi chakra adistana devata is vaag vaadhini, Ajna chakra adistana devata is varahi, sahasrara chakra adistana devata is Lalitha devi.
Each adistana devata has one moola mantram.
