While doing so I haven't removed my car handbrake and the car ran on the lemons and it crushed them. My doubt is, have I done any damage to my car (even minor)? I am so much worried about it as it is a new car.

If all working fine, u can ignore for now. Manufacturers built the machine for these silly mistakes. Only if u run too long with handbrake then chances of fire by heating pads, or chances of brake pad damage, than need to get checked by service personnel.

Its all about gear pinion setting. Sometimes it doesnt get stopped in such position so it get difficult to engage gear. Just release clutch and press clutch again, then try. It common across all cars.

Hand brakes are drum brakes. These have less grip compared to disc. When u press brake paddle, it apply disc brake. On declined road, you olz engage gear and apply hand brake for more surety. For more degree decline, hand brake also fails. Engine power overwrite the hand brake power.

If u stopping on decline, do engage hand break and reverse gear. If stopping on incline, then hand break and forward gear. Gear always office to slope force

7km is not too much. And hand brake kam lagte hai paddle brake k compare mien. And every new driver do this mistake. Even experienced driver can do mistake if his thoughts are some where else. Hamd brake tight krwane mein jyada nahi kharch hota. Any local mechanic can do that.

As soon u get time, just get it checked by any local mechanic first. Tell him the correct story how much and how u driven.

1 inch will not affect suspension much.
But not sure if it may affect the turning radius. Sometime minor upsizing cause tyre touch while sharp turns.

Hamd brake tight krwane mein jyada nahi kharch hota. Any local mechanic can do that.

It need to be tighten, and if brake pads damaged, need to be replaced. Get checked (can be done by any local car mechanic as well).
