The episode with them taking care of the baby was one of my favorites. Up until this point, Beckett really didn’t see herself as able to be a mother, but then you kind of gradually see her opening up to the idea to the point where she could see herself having children with Castle. Just look at her face when Castile is changing the baby’s diaper.

The one cop @ 11:35 "Aye, how'd I get stuck with baby duty?" lol, like any cop wouldn't want to screw off work with Castle and a baby for an afternoon. Pi was the dumbest plotline in the show. Made Alexis seem dimwitted for falling for him and Castle seem like a chump for letting him do stuff like popping up in his bedroom. Still fun to see Caskett in a relationship without manufactured drama, tho. Just small problems they could handle until the finale.

If you remember Montgomery said something to Beckett very early on about where her search might take her to include finding a recording. It just played out over a very long part of the story arc. It was no coincidence, believe me! Everything was exquisitely planned!
