The best version with the standard size screens on the dashboard. Subaru have ruined the interior on all the latest models. Huge ugly tablet screen which looks even worse because of its portrait rather than landscape orientation. Ugly bulging design that looks like it doesn’t fit properly. Nasty.
Great car and I will say, well driven Sir ! For once, someone driving it normally and not flooring the accelerator when joining the motorway. CVTs don’t like that and the way you do it is correct, and shows how it can pick up speed very well without fuss or straining of the engine. My only concern is in the UK (and Europe) I do think this being a heavy car it should have had maybe 160 bhp (with the XV at 150 and the Outback at 170 or so for difference in weight between the models). Would make more sense as this new shape Forester is as heavy as the last shape Outback near enough.
Vakar važinėjau tuo pačių žalių Forester iš Autoerdves - labai patiko. Kokia butu jūsų nuomone apie šio automobilio bendra dinamika ir pajudant iš vietos palyginus su kitais bandytais SUV tipo automobiliais?
Sveiki, manau būtent Subaru Forester tai ne apie dinamiką, jos aišku pakanka, kiti turbininiai SUV bus greitesni, bet ar jie turės Subarų patikimumą ir 4x4 sistemą čia klausimas..., va kur pradeda jaustis Subaru privalumai, jam ar miškas ar asfaltas - vienodai :) tvirtai pagamintas auto!

I can't believe this car still has a CD player in 2024. That's awesome for long trips if you have a lot of CD albums

Good engine so so CVT transmission
Nice POV drive. Quite a big consumption in city for such a slow and steady driving.
It's a boxer engine with a full-time four-wheel drive system, higher consumption is expected
You dont buy these for fuel economy really. I had the Outback, got about 26mpg round town but the 2.5 engine was superb.
