I love how you wear the gloves for eating, it makes such perfect sense to not getting your fingers dirty. I don't know why we don't do this in North America. Especially when eating fried chicken.
52% of the Korean population lives in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi area that constitutes only 11% of the country's land. The concentration of politics, economy, industry, culture, education, healthcare, and major companies in Seoul is a significant social problem. It seems that all Koreans are suffering from a collective obsession with the idea that they must live in Seoul. Historically, this concentration in Seoul resulted from a strong, centralized military regime that did not permit local autonomy. Businesspeople, believing that proximity to the power brokers in Seoul would secure them favor from the regime, had no choice but to flock to the city. Busan, a strategically important trade port similar to Singapore, is a city with boundless potential for development. With its natural blessings-such as beaches, mountains, rivers, hot springs, and mild weather-Busan is the best place to live in South Korea.
I visited many cities in Korea, including smaller ones. I think a lot of cities are good for living in them. Of course the smaller ones dont have many things to do but even cities like Chuncheon are only an hour away from Seoul, meaning you can easily live comfortably there and do daytrips to Seoul. Busan is really nice too but I usually prefer smaller cities, so even Busan is too big for me.
