In Canada our healthcare is paid for by the government but when I visit my family doctor you have to know ahead of time what you are going to ask and usually she only allows one or two questions. I bet I have never spent more than 10 minutes in her office but it's free so I'm not complaining.

eye exam is free in usa too
Not sure what you mean. Simple google search says eye exam in USA is $75-$200.

So here in Korea it's free everywhere for everyone when you go to the glasses store. Plus I got a designer pair for about $100.
