I just got a new laptop with the latest version of photoshop. THIS videos was really helpful in fixing the things I needed to but did not know where to.
Thank you so much. I have used PS almost every day for 15 years. Then I became a manager and stopped using it for a year. Since then, whenever I try to use it, I feel like I have forgotten the software, and my ability is getting worse. It turns out Adobe keeps messing up. Thank you for every tip in this video. I gain all my ability back! thanks to you
Dan, you just resolved my headache. I have been looking for these solutions for quite a long time, and you have covered all the pain points brilliantly. Love you, bro. Keep it up. ❤❤❤
You really saved me from reading all the settings until I find where to turn all that nonsense off. I'm definitely old school and the latest updates have made Photoshop a bit annoying. Thanks for making this, your video is a quick solution for a photoshop headache. Thanks a bunch!
Good tips! That Save JPEG option has been bugging me for ages so thanks for explaining it. Adobe, if it ain’t broke it don’t need fixing, too many bells and whistles!
I really love the Homescreen because of how can find your current projects in huge thumbnails. But i totally get how some are annoyed but ir becaue its jusr one extra step to get to work
Great video tips! One other annoying pop up is in the Libraries panel (top right corner). Is there a way to stop the “Share and update team assets smoothly & Browse libraries in business storage” from always popping up on startup?
Ew, you use the shift key to switch tools? I remember when that was added in Photoshop 5. Once I learned how to disable it I've kept it off ever since.

Every single setting change was appreciated
I’m so glad you mentioned that “legacy save as” setting. That’s been driving me nuts having to jump through hoops just to save a file as a JPG!

Wow, most useful video of the month, a Big Big Thanks! Don't know why Adobe made those changes, I'm also old school, I like my old settings.
I always know when an "upgrade" is released because it takes me an hour or more to turn off all the "improvements".
I really love the Homescreen because of how can find your current projects in huge thumbnails. But i totally get how some are annoyed but ir becaue its jusr one extra step to get to work

Thanks man, and please also for Illustrator, would appreciate it🙏🏻
OMG! "Spring loaded tools".. I thought this was some kind of bug that was driving me crazy. What mad man made this a "feature"?!
Thankyou Sir ❤️👏
The best way to improve photoshop is to throw it in the garbage and download the new school Affinity!
VERY GOOD!
Great video tips! One other annoying pop up is in the Libraries panel (top right corner). Is there a way to stop the “Share and update team assets smoothly & Browse libraries in business storage” from always popping up on startup?
I wish they'd let us permanently dock the Contextual Taskbar with the other menus, instead of it floating above everything else.
I'd probably use it more if it could be docked at the top-right
Excellent.
Thank you sir
Thanks man
do you know how to fix the layer mask glitch?
Thank you very plenty
THANK YOU! For me it was the show layer bounds on hover - tremendously annoying!
You're welcome Greg 😃

ScreenFlow for MacOS recording software 👍
I always do exactly the same changes xD
All of this tips are oposite of helping xD
Old School. Yes. Thank you. Same here lol
Transform seems they are making Photoshop like Illustrator. It always bug me to go between the two because I would miss up transforming.
I hate that stupid context bar, definitely going to hide it
Yes, let's turn off transform controls, literally the most used part of the UI... thanks genius
You're welcome 😜

Oh nooooo, you left the "Animated Zoom" ON? Blasphemy and Sacre bleu, mon dieu! 😁
