From my experience, the only way to make money betting is to treat betting like a risky investment account and try to target derisked positions that consistently yield returns in the 5 to 10% range. What the guy in this video doesn't mention is that you can lose all the bets you make that week ( even good positions go south). A strategy like this suits bookmakers as you're always in the market and that's how they win (read William hill annual report for reference). The best way to win long term is to target teams with an built in edge over their competition particularly in finances, recruitment, coaching/development, systems and morale. This isn't easy but If you master it, you'd be much better off than staying in the market for a straight month praying your bets come off as described.
Parlays work if you are taking favorites. It’s hard to get 6+ correct when betting spreads though. Over and unders are a lot easier from my experience.

So there is two way to beat them. either have access to money distribution and bet against it or have a model that can predict games at the same level as bookies. You don't need to be better because their odds are biased to lock in profit therefore they're exploitable
7 games was just the example at the time. It does not have to be 7 games a day necessarily, but it can be any amount of games as long as you can get +1 unit out of the day.

Always do your research and check predictions before you place your bet if you're betting on a sport you're not too familiar with.
Start with $1 bets until you can see a trend in what bets you win and what bets you lose while also not risking all your skin in the game.
Manage your bankroll by ONLY playing 3-5% of your bankroll per bet. NO MATTER WHAT.
NEVER PUT YOURSELF IN A POSITION TO LOSE HALF OR YOUR ENTIRE BANK ROLL IN ONE BET.
Once you have the discipline to handle small numbers, you're ready to take greater risks.

So are you using parlays each day? An if so how many teams you betting on each day an how much you using for each day?
Why 7 games? And what if their isn't 7 plays that day. Also what should your initial starting bankroll be?
7 games was just the example at the time. It does not have to be 7 games a day necessarily, but it can be any amount of games as long as you can get +1 unit out of the day.
at what odds are you betting per game
That's what I'm trying to figure out
Average odds were -110 to -180.
@@LINEMAKERSPORTS so you only bet the favorite? And are you betting ML or Spread?
What are the average odds you are backing? are you betting on big favourites?
There's no sure fire answer for this because dogs win every day. It is mostly situational. Who the favorite is playing, and what sport is it?
It’s a 50/50 chance each game.
Hi! Which bookmaker do you recommend to me where I don’t have to worry about being banned or limited by the size of my bets?
relax big baller
Not everyone sucks like you
Quick question , your betting one unit per day , but this is divided into how many games per day ?
Can u do this with baseball?
What’s the bankroll for that month?
What type of odds are you beting on to get those type of numbers?? and how smart is it to bet on odds like 1.3 or 1.4 max consistently?? ....
Over the long run you would have to hit around 65-80% to be profitable at that high of odds. -200 on occasion, but try to stay under -160 or better.
How is this video addressing which the title indicates?
'How To Make A Living Betting On Sports In 2022'.
It doesn't at all.
All you did was go through some imaginary results across 30 imaginary days.
Does anyone know the strategy to bet ncaa and nba basketball?
What does 110 unit mean cause you put $20 on each bet, which is $140 please help
Definitely interested in this
how much bank roll do you need for this unit size?
About 10k. You usually only want to go around 1% of your bankroll
Interesting. I like punching in a little different number, 1,100 per unit and eyeballing those possibilities. I might have to go for that. I would assume I would need to set aside around 30K for my roll. Does that sound about right?
how'd you end up? curious to know if you attempted it? im flawless myself.
Miss this kind of videos!!!
So are the bets your placing at evens odds?
No he’s saying 110$ to win 100$
better strategy for football betting
I gotta stop the parlay bets:// I’m just lending my money to the casino
Parlay or not , it makes no difference
Sports betting is too random
@@kevinwilson3337 that’s not true at all lol. I mean obviously any type of gambling, u have a chance to lose. But sports betting is about the most controlled gambling you can have. There are some teams who are just more likely to win. Which increases your chances. Unlike rolling dice or playing cards.
@@superdupersunnyjr true but in the long run you’ll still lose lol. It’s like a slow death .
@@jeremyscorpio4170 no !!!!! It makes no difference wether you play one or 10 games . In the long run , you’ll still lose .
Very interested bro 👌
Do you use a stat model?
Just made a 500% gain betting on Newcastle United to beat arsenal today!!!
What do you mean when you say to play seven games. Like from the 110 unit divided it into 7 games ?!?
No he means each unit is $110 ( assuming juice of -110, profit $100 on a win). He's betting 7 games a day at $110 per game. Not that a bettor would have a set number of plays every day, but he's doing it for the demonstration.
How much is he putting down on each game
Hi can you please tell or show me how combination bet works please
