Hello how do you😊 know you fell asleep after 10 minutes Lol (laughing in a good way). I know I'll lay my head down close my eyes. That's all I remember. What I can say is since I've been listening to this I don't toss and turn, turn and toss or take anything to help me fall asleep ... nor do I count endless sheep 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑.....I just know when I started to get ready to sleep I already had the video playing then I put my clock next to my bed and as soon as I wrote down the time that i put my head on the pillow last night which was at 9:30pm well at some point I fell asleep because when I woke up it was 7am this morning. I literally slept through the night. I just thought of something an I kid you not, am going to record myself from the moment I close my eyes to see if maybe I can get an idea of how long it took me to fall asleep. Hmmm...this is going to be interesting tonight, wonder if I snore or talk in my sleep. Texting from Boston Mass
