People, who are saying that ED were not heard must read the order copy of rouse avenue court, all the submission were there from the ED Side and were considered, and the ED representative took way long time for the submission then the defendants. ED went to high court saying they were not heard but it is a lie and on the bail hearings, judgment is given on the same time instead, they kept it reserve which never happened itself is a BIG question mark on which supreme court itself said it was wrong and second question is how come the high court got ready to hear the matter even before the release of order copy from rouse avenue court, itself explained influence and interference of political pressure. it quite evident who is safeguarding whom.

Our judiaciry and most of judges in our country are not free from Govt pressure as well as for their future prospects. They are unable to deliver free,fair and transparent judgement except few ones. It is very pathetic and shame for the democracy and opposition parties.

Supreme Court must take cognizance and act speedily against such constitutional agencies. In every criminal case the Court must prima facie look into the foundation and find out its truthfulness.
Only remedy is to bring a new innovative statute to prevent detention of politicians from grassroot level to PM level on any charge so that judiciary will be free to deliver genuine justice to genuine litigants waiting for decades.

It is a regular practice that to appeal to the higher court for justice. If there is any objection in the high court judgement regarding kejriwal's fraud case instead of blaming Modi they should appeal in Supreme Court for justice. No Modi can influence the honourable court orders. Si if any body blame Modi government for court orders it is contempt of court as well as defaming the government for that BJP should file defamation case against such person or organization
