One of my friend Bakka Dhanraj from Telangana has lost his father end of last year. His father was only person earning in his family, and he started his course depending on him for fund, but as his father is no more, he is not able to pay his fee. The Institute people have given ultimatum that he has to pay fee or he will be removed from the course within next month. He is the eldest son of his house. There is no other option left for him. I also cannot help him as I also belong to a lower middle-class general family. As it is the duty of the government to provide elementary education to all under right to education but it is also very much important to get Graduation for any skilled employment. Please help him. You are the chancellor of mostly all Central government Educational institutions, please help him. I trust you for the future of the nation but Bakka Dhanraj is the future of his family. Please.
