Salt - 1 tbsp

Cumin - 1 tsp
Black cardamom - 2
Green cardamom - 3
Cloves - 4
Blackpepper - 1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chillies - 2
Mace - 1
Bayleaf - 2
Green Chillies - 3
Onions - 5
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Degi Mirch Powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1.5 tsp
Chicken Masala - 1 Tbsp

Nice recipe.❤😋🤤. पोटा कलेजी बनाते समय पहले पोटा पकाएं, फिर कुछ देर बाद कलेजी मिलाएं... क्योंकि पोटा पकने में समय लेता है, कलेजी सॉफ्ट होती हैं, एक साथ डालेंगे तो कलेजी गल जाती है पर पोटा ठीक से नही पकेगा..
