  • While the profile of steel cutters is similar to that of a primary breaking crusher, steel cutters have long steel cutting blades inside the jaws instead of concrete crushing teeth and strong cylinder force is applied to the jaws to cut through steel frames. Many are equipped with a 360° rotation function. Steel cutters are used for demolition of steel-framed structures such as factories and warehouses, eliminating conventional demolition work such as gas cutting and bolt removal. Steel cutters are also widely used in steel scrap processing yards.

That light blue shear by far is the strongest I have seen in these you tube videos. A serious machine.

Thanks for posting this video. Such exceptionally effective shears really help decrease the cost of this part of the lifecycle of steel buildings, since their frames are so resistent to demolition. The video work was also well done, allowing us to see what was happening.

    Hi,
First of all, where is this at? Can I find it using Google maps? Secondly, the building looked way too new to already being ready for destruction. Thanks.

This is not current design, OKADA applied the cylinder rod covers to the crusher. you can see the current models on OKADA's website. www.okada-aiyon.com/product_cat/#tekkotsu
