hey Bengal, you might know and not care but that “Mentor Rookie” that you see at 4:07 gives you the option to upgrade a players dev trait for literally nothing, you just select “Long Term Development” and then they’ll go up in dev trait the next week without any challenge or anything

Do you guys sim on a week-per-week basis or to midseason and then playoffs?
Was wondering if this might impact the player stats…
Yo big fan and have been watching a min. Not to be that guy but focusing on making all ur players scheme fits is huge for getting a better record and stats in sim. I usually just pick a scheme and playbook at the beginning of the rebuild or after the first draft or sometimes even after first szn and then try to build the team around that. Taking slightly worse players that r scheme fits will pan out better for sim. Hope u see this man, love the vids.

Did a Seahawks rebuild ended up almost exactly the same, but instead of Super Bowl season my rookie qb played horrible and went from SS dev to normal and ruined the whole rebuild 😭 highly recommend changing playbooks
I feel like it would be fun to put regression sliders all to 200 and then draft class strength all to very strong and see what the league is like

From what I’ve seen, if you change anything on the player, number or anything to do with player appearance, it reverts the player to how you designed them to be. Just one change per player. I edited every single fucking.
