I word of advice, which by the way has nothing to do with discrimination. I observe and base my opinions on the actions and behavior of an individual. I myself am of mixed race. Be very cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I am currently living near Indian computer engineering students. Ever since they moved in I have been having issues with my Wifi and computer network being hacked. Besides that, they like to save money and so they will fit about 4 people in a small 1 bedroom apartment. Which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally they like having phone conversations outside which usually tends to be in front of other tenants apartments which can cause a disturbance. When they use the laundry room they leave the clothes in the machines over night and do not clean up after themselves once they are done. Additionally, They are not very clean in general. Once a cat must have taken a dump near their front door and they never cleaned it up. This attacted flies in my home. It was a mess. By the way, generally speaking, they carry some kind of weird superiority complex. They think they are better than everyone, and they also think they should not have to pay for things. Don't be fooled if the seem nice. I'd play it safe because when you sign a lease you are going to be stuck.
No matter what race someone is there is usually city codes that will prevent the conditions you have described. Try calling your local code enforcement office for help. - landon
I think this was when i had a cheap camera and bought a fake wide angel lens for like $20 bucks and thats why its all blurry at times and the exposure is all wild. - landon
Looks like a poor investment. The location is totally car dependent to do anything at all. A public park walking distance away? No store or any vibrancy, services etc to walk to at all. Just a bunch of homes in a subdivision. Better to chose a home that’s older in an actual neighborhood near services. You can change the Home, not the Location.
you make some very good points. location and price are often connected when we get a location thats desirable, like being close to shops, restaurants ect.. thats usually what drives the cost up for the location. So the people that have bought here and other neighborhoods outside the city are looking for affordable places to start, the cost savings offsets the short additional commute for alot of the residents. Plus the residents are assuming that restaurants, shopping ect is eventually going to get built nearby which will drive up the value and price of the area. This similar situation plays out in nearly every major city across America. Thoughts? - landon
@@OklahomaRealEstateShow Pretty certain future ghettos are going to be far out suburban areas. Of course, many will be transformed with more public transportation, trails, and services like groceries and libraries within walking or cycling distance. It is a real gamble to choose something depending on this to occur. If there is signs of development within 1/4 mile of better, then it might be worth the risk for the shiny new place. But I honestly think it has more to do with a need to create a sort of crate and barrel appearance with homes. Not all cases, but some. Minor needs scare people. Even though much basic work can wait until it is affordable to get to. If a home is cheaper due to a less desirabel location, away from everything, often it is best to instead seek a place compromising some things. Like, do without that 4th BR or a 2nd Bath, find a light fixer in an u[ and coming area you could really set your routes in if need be or if it really ends up plenty good enough, or be able to sell high as the area blossoms and then have the equity to get that 2nd bath or 4th BR in a home that is in just as good a location or even better.. That is my thoughts.
@diane Taylor I like cars, I do not wish to be attached to one by the hip. For everting. I enjoy livability. Walk to local parks, restaurants, a public library, basic services. More sustainable. More vitality.
