In my hometown there’s a jacket potato stall (not the famous one everyone keeps visiting) and they do loads of different toppings. My favourite is chicken curry and cheese. When I worked down the road from then I’d occasionally get a jacket spuds with cheese and chicken curry for lunch. I’d then spend the rest of the afternoon trying not to fall asleep 😅so yeah chicken curry and cheese does work. Great selection there
Lovely meals thank you . Nice that even if your children dont eat exactly the same they eat similar to you. My husband has cheese on the side of his curry and sometimes cut up cucumber and my daughter loves dipping in her poppadoms into the curry she says its the best bit xx😊
When I make it myself (if I don't have a sachet or anything) I think I just use a carton of passata or a can of chopped/plum tomatoes, onion, garlic, pepper, bell peppers (capsicum?) and a decent amount of Paprika or smoked Paprika. Chicken, either breast or legs etc. Cook it all on thebstove for a bit and then transfer tovan oven dish, cover, and then serve with rice and salad 😊 I might also add some parsley x

If you make your own pork meatballs and add some fennell and garlic in, they are so tasty!
