AS a rebecca player asked some judges and they told me the 8 cost is mandatory for the whole effect😢 really disappointed, bandai could'v give that buff to rebecca aswell.
@@the_lord_nick really? Even tho the card says up to? On top of that the card also states that IF the second card is 4 or less, it plays in rest. This should mean that if the second card is 5 or higher it should be able to come in active. I come from DragonBall so maybe the words mean otherwise.
Usopp reads “or when KOed” so it’s that in addition to the removed by effect part, so if one of your characters is koed by battle it activates the draw as well, I think right?
@@the_lord_nick yeah I think if it wasn’t meant to include battle, the removed from field by any effect would also have covered KO. We prolly won’t know for sure though until it’s said directly somewhere, haha.
This one is from hand at least so its not as op as moria in terms of gaining resources, it is don cheating but it does require you having the cards already
Riku gets a lot better with the new rebecca Sr, dumping a 7c luffy that can swing with an additional 2k opens up a lot of removal options
that 7 cost gonna be so good with 5 cost blocker sabo

According to the text 7 cost rebecca says reveal 2 7 cost or lower so you still play something like luffy AND hajrudin in active no?
@@jehuty179 you always have to reveal two and one is always active but if the second is not 4 or less it stays in your hand

The more I read it the more I see it now. Tho I will say it's a bit misleading. Eh oh well. Still a great card

Yes it does so on curve in usopp the rebecca gets all part of her abilities.

I guess it does imply KO'd so it should also be by attack then, so lose a character and always draw for it if you have 5 or less

Maybe that means ban to moria???, 2 moria effects in a deck look very bad dude 😅😅😅
