I think the monsters should have some unique dialogue for the higher tier monsters like Masterminds acting like drill sergeants treating you like a common soilder, Cyerdemons acting like big shots, they think all other monsters are puny and not worthy of recognition, Archviles would act friendly but are a bit unstable in the head (like how the turn on an instant when hurt but revives the corpse anyway). what do you guys think?

Demons and dead nazis spawn inplace of them. Summoning them also causes them to instantly die. Looking at a nazi says "Ex-nazi, the only good kind". The swastica graphics are also drawn over with "Fuck nazis", "Nazi punks fuck off", "Birds rule", and hearts. You can also talk to the keens.
Does the bubble texture replace all un-textured walls? Because if you can raise and lower floor heights, then wouldn't you be able to expose untextured sidedefs?

That "soap bubbles" texture is the default texture from Unreal through Unreal Tournament 2k4. It was intentionally made to look ugly so no one would use it.
The bubbles texture is actually the default texture in UnrealEd 2.0 (the level editor that comes with classic Unreal Tournament), which serves as a placeholder texture when you make new geometry. Unlike modern Doom level editors, like Doom Builder, UnrealEd only uses the bubbles texture until a texture is selected in the texture browser (even if it isn't used at all), at which point it'll remember the last selected texture and apply it to geometry. In Doom Builder, whenever you make a sector away from everything else, it picks default textures and flats.

Yeah.... I used to make maps/levels for my friends and I to play. Never really got into the community much. I did have ppl download a few of my half-life BSPs. Before that I made a ton of maps for doom and Duke Nukem 3D back in the day. That was how I learned that Doom/Duke3d wasn't really "3D". Moving onto building in Quake, half-life, and Unreal was awesome. You could then have true "room over room" maps and more realistic environments. The most fun I had making levels was during Unreal Tournament3 Which only me and and a few friends played back in 2007. I had fun using 3ds max to make what they call static meshes for more detailed environments for levels. Then you had normal mapping and emissive/glow textures. I also enjoyed how started with unreal you could use "subtractive" brushes to make rooms so much easier when working with indoor areas. then additives for making bridges. I would make the buildings with additives then kinda carve out the inside with the additive ones. So much better then using brushes for everything e.g., half-life. I still like making maps today, but now days with EA and Activision games. Seems like now days, developers don't care for people modding their games. No more custom maps. Lastly I wanna say that I was so very disappointed that Doom 2016 didn't come with a level editor, and I don't count that Snapmap bullshit. Snapmap was an insult to map makers, modders, and the modding community as a whole. "wow I can 'snap' two rooms together to make a bigger room, oh the possibilities...." If you made it this far, and sorry for the long post. I just wanna say that I hope to see more newer games made in 2019 and in 2020 have real goddamn mod tools. I'm just glad we at least have GZDoom Builder. It's kinda cool how you can have what looks like brush based environments with the use of "3D floor's (Action 160) :D, Anyway, you take care.
Looking through the comments, I believe I have discovered that the real fun of the game is discovering where they stole all the assets from. Since no one mentioned this one yet, the fish from the blood lake is the Killer Fish from the Castlevania series.
you know what could be even cool? if the mod had chibi like demons running around XDD i mean if its Hell Animal Crossing why not making the demons of doom like that? but hey this is a very cool concept and i like the fact that you can raise floors like that in real time, its a feature i didnt knew it was possible in the Doom Engine but here we are years after its release and people still find ways to do all kinds of things that we thought were impossible with the Doom Engine.
Up/down sector movement was always possible (doors, elevators) but triggers were baked into the levels. Modern sourceports like GZDoom (which is required for Mr. Friendly) have removed many limits and allowed many such things to be scripted dynamically. The implications of the unprecedented control now given to modders are far-reaching. For instance, I recently did an experiment to implement Conway's game of Life using the new ZScript language using a grid of imps as the display and controls. I haven't released it yet but the source is public at github.com/fadookie/ggj2018/tree/conway if anyone is interested.
The name of the mod reminded me first of the cut alien monster from HL1. Thankfully this mod is actually a lot more lighthearted than expected.
Same, had flashbacks to Half-Life Echoes and thought this would be way more terrifying. And alarmingly intimate.
