assassins creed games never fail with soudtrack
can you tell any more games which has music like AC , i dont think much has , i only found skyrim and witcher which i have played and dark souls have some good music
The new ones were pretty underwhelming except for some tracks - didnt like Odyssey's english songs about Leonidas, seemed cringe for me lol

Basically most AAA games have good soundtracks, but what about gameplay?
Whoever was in charge of hiring the musicians for Valhalla deserves a raise.
I think that musicians deseve that raise, not (only) who hired them
CloseWave yes and no. They were hired to do this specific job. They do not work for Ubisoft per se. So yeah they deserve to get more jobs ( a great pay ) and praise but they cannot get a raise at Ubisoft.

CloseWave oh for sure. But I honestly don’t think there’s someone better than Einar when it comes to old Norse music recreation. He’s def the go to guy. But yeah there’s a lot of talented musicians out the who no doubt can make a great score .
A AAA game in there curriculum might help to get more gigs tho
All of ac Valhalla and wrath of the druids have probably one of the greatest soundtracks of all time and not enough people talk about it

The Children Of Danu is one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard in my life. It literally drives me crazy whenever I listen to it.
Julie Fowlis has been one of my favourite singers these past few years and the fact that Assassin's creed, one of my favourite games, went in this direction and she was involved in the music is one of those childhood fantasies you don't expect would ever happen. I'm not disappointed in the outcome and I'm beyond ecstatic this collab happened.

I spent hours just sitting idle when ever she sung. So bad you don't see her after you finish the main DLC story :(

Considering the possible romance options with Ciara, I’m not sure having her in Ravensthorpe close to Randvi would be a wise decision if you’ve romanced both…

This soundtrack moves my heart and I can't explain it. It feels like my heart is yearning for something past...
It does the same thing to me, it was so violent I don't understand what happened.
Valhalla was the first AC game I've played since AC 3 (I was and still am a big Ezio Auditore fan) and I'm almost at 200 hours lol, game is underrated and I consider it a masterpiece such as Breath of the wild, Skyrim, or Witcher 3....
It's a pretty underwhelming shit game that is nowhere close to the level of something like Witcher 3. I say this as a big AC fan.

When I heard her sing the first time I was stunned, such an amazing Voice and the original Irish language fits sooooo damn well and sounds so nice too!

Thanks Odin, The Wrath of Druids soundtracks is making up for the lullabies we heard in Valhalla's game. It literally has put all Vikings to sleep. This soundtrack is so much better.
I think Children of Danu is probably my favorite track on here and I love how through the entire soundtrack, you can feel the music moving you through the storyline of Wrath of the Druids

Bounteous Fields is my favorite in the whole game, it is so beautiful yet so mysterious. fits perfectly to the atmosphere of the dlc.

The fuck are you saying? The AI isn't really good, but it isn't bad to the point of being "unplayable" so clearly you are the one who is smoking some good stuff here.
@@khiraas5656 The ai is completely standard when it comes to combat, the only thing thats different from previous game is how easily they spot you on master assassin but thats a good ai, people are perceptive and have peripheral vision irl. If anything, the ai in previous games was bad, cause the enemies were blind.

This is only the 3rd time I’ve looked for a game’s soundtrack. Halo and Skyrim are the other two.
We now need AC Valhalla and the Cyberpunk soundtracks on vinyl. I know AC Valhalla was already on vinyl but I missed out which I'm gutted about but a whole collection with the dlc music would be nice.

No Assassin's in the dlc but atleast the soundtrack is great! Expecting more Assassin's stuff in the next dlc!
Really enjoyed the dlc and it even had AC Vibes in the atmosphere but the fact that they chose to make this a completely separate thing from the main game was a letdown for me. Missed opportunity to develop Eivor and the story further. It seems this dlc takes place just after you save Sigurd. Regardless, i loved it and did everything there was to do in it
I agree. Was hoping to see more story progression and assassin things but overall the DLC was enjoyable and fun. Hopefully we'll see more assassin/templar/isu/present stuff in the next DLC. Fingers crossed.
Assassins creed has changed now :( Remember the times playing as an assassin in a assassins creed game? Jesus Ubi! -_- Valhalla does have great music though!
As far as I know, these new games seem to have 2 expansions, 1 focused on the mythological side (Curse of the Pharoahs, Atlantis, arguably this) and the other the historical side (the Hidden Ones, Legacy of the First Blade). Based on concept arts, looks like the upcoming Siege of Paris got some Assassins bits in it. Finger crossed we get to see Eivor set the foundations for the Parisan Brotherhood from Unity like the Vinland arc did to 3. Probably no doubt that Charles the Fat could be one of the first Templars after the ending of the main game.
The reason why assassins might not be in the DLC probably has to do something with spoilers for later on in the main game (since you can buy and play Wrath of the Druids when you move to England), so having assassins in the DLC when Eivor isn't an assassin will ultimately bring major spoilers.
I'd love if this sparks off some Celtic war music craze the same way Vikings did for skandi music lol

@@NowlZeoEN I did. Literally no CD sales or WAV downloads there, only streaming or MP3 quality downloads, which was why I asked. Fortunately, I found in the meantime that the label uses Bandcamp so there may eventually be a decent quality download available. They have previous soundtracks on there but not this one yet.
And it is now available in WAV quality from Bandcamp! :)

The music in AC Valhalla is truly beautiful, too bad the same cannot be said of the game, very little is saved. I write this after about 140 hours of play (including the DLCs set in Ireland and France).
So they will finally explain who cursed those regions on the map. Hm....

Obviously Old Norse is not the best language for singing...
I want to like this but the setting is historically inaccurate. There were no Druids in Ireland at this time. It was enthusiastically Christian.
