First video I've seen where the press is working perfectly. I'm going to wait a little longer before I make the plunge, but I really like how well this worked sizing bullets. So thanks for this vid!
Jelio, that is a nice accessory for the bench, once it's has the bugs worked out with the brass feed and depriming/resizing you will be in business. My star press's feed mechanisms work about the same, However when feeding bullets you have to stop a load your feed tubes, I found that just having a handful of bullets feeding them one at a time in the sizing die goes much faster because you are not having to stop and do the feed tube thing. The ultimate would be to have a "Mr, Bullet feeder" like I have for my stars. that thing eliminates all the hand work that you have to do. However, those are costly $$$. If someone you know has a 3-D printer maybe you could have one made at a reduced cost. imagine if all you had to do is take the bullets once they are powder coated from your casting table and dump them from a bucket in the feeder and just pull a handle, as you look down in the catch bin all you see is a finished product. You could make enough bullets to last you 5 years in about three days start to finnish. So, looks good dude, keep up the updates, It looks like you are shooting fish in a barrel. -Dave
I was also looking at this and thinking it needs a 3D printed nose-down bullet feeder. I’d also like to come up with a power drive system. Come back from the range with several hundred cases and have it decap them. By the time you had your stuff clean and put up, you could have deprimed cases ready for pin tumbler.
During your use, how strong and how long would you say this unit will last? I am obviously interested in this app and would hook up my mr bullet feeder to it. I was thinking along the lines of 2000 rounds a session as well as some 30 cal fmj's Nice vid, thanks
It’s pretty strong for what I do lee says it will last a long time during there testing lee said we will never put that much use on the press as much they did so it should last for many many years doing 2000 rounds on this press is not a problem I don’t do rifle reloading on this press I do it on a single stage others says you can the problem is there is no cam over I never tried it and need plenty of lube but can’t use the xpress shell holder because there is to much play and it may give and the brass can get stuck in the die lee did a small video on sizing 308 take a look to see how much pressure it’s using I hope this helps thanks for watching
@@ocean374 The app would be for bullet sizing only, no reloading. The price/value along with the possible volume of rounds sounded almost too good to be true. Now you mention that the strength is there, I will just have to buy one to try out. Thanks
There is a company called noe they make Bullet molds and sizing die they sell a sizing die you buy once and then you buy sizing bushing in all sizes that fit the die I like using there bushing because if you need a custom size it’s easier to buy the bushing with other companies you have to place a special order so noe bushing is the way to go
The app is working great it’s up to you I don’t know when the new updates will start you can call lee and ask lee did a small video on bulge busting I never done that because my pistol chamber is supported when the chamber is not supported the case swells

Advice on APP Bulge Busting 9mm with Makarof Die?
The app is working great it’s up to you I don’t know when the new updates will start you can call lee and ask lee did a small video on bulge busting I never done that because my pistol chamber is supported when the chamber is not supported the case swells
@@ocean374 I pick up range brass; or buy once-fired brass, so I do not have that luxury you speak of.
I do the same all my brass is once fired or range pickup I’ve gotten lucky I use a case gauge to check them before I reload them
You got it running good ocean👍🏻
Thank you 😁
Smarter than the average bear!
Thank you 😁
