Just a heads up folks, I watched Sal every time a video dropped last season, and ended up winning 4 championships out of 7 leagues. Went 30-4 in my 2 re-draft leagues (won both) and plan on dominating again this season. You're in the right place if you want to win.
The biggest issue is that there is such a flood of fantasy football information that people need to make crazy reaches just to try and discern themselves from the pack. If you take a bunch of wild swings and one connects...that's the one that people will remember
Your DJ Moore take is wrong The Bears added DJ Moore and got much better pass protection because they want to throw the ball much more. They don’t want Fields running for his life like he was last year. DJ being a deep threat also pairs perfect with Justin Fields skill set, as he IS a great deep ball thrower.
You really think Seattle drafted JSN 1st round to sit him on the bench for Will Dissly? Isn’t it more likely they used 12 personnel more often because the 3rd WR was Dee Eskridge.
Calvin Ridley was forcing himself to play injured to the point where he was losing all passion for the game. That's something you also need to consider when drafting him.
@@dlanjobo he is saying the man doesnt have it in him mentally to play the game anymore. He quit on the falcons midseason for mental issues. Buyer beware because it could happen again. The only thing motivating him is a check at this point and he could fall flat and bust for jax then they would release him.
so what are you saying, he is injury prone or has no heart? The NFL effectively has a 100% rate of injury; they are all banged up by season's end, nothing makes him unique.. if anything that makes me want to roster him less. End of the day that is a free league player type of narrative that doesnt help anyone...
What do we think about the trend of mobile qbs getting their number one guy as it applies to DJ Moore like what happened with hurts and Josh Allen? Why wouldn’t the situation at least improve from Carolina?
I agree with you 95% of the time, and thinking Dionte Johnson is on the same level as George Pickens is that 5%. To be fair, theres no value in taking him at this ADP, but hes taking johnson's job for sure
I can’t wait to be right about Ridley and getting him as a steal in all my drafts. All reports have said he looks as ready to go as ever and time away from the NFL is probably the best thing that could happen to players considering they say they never have time to fully heal during any given season. He now has potentially the best QB in his career on a team that will drop a lot of points. Can’t wait to see this man #DTWD
I have some hesitation with Ridley too... he wasnt performing well when he got suspended. I agree with you on a few of these guys. Are you going to do any DFS content this season?
if you haven’t, i’d encourage you to read Ridley’s article on the Players’ Tribune. think it’ll change your perspective on the suspension and how he was playing at that time
Seattle never had a third wide receiver to play three wide receiver sets. Is it not fair to say now that they have a stud wide receiver that they drafted in the first round that they’re not gonna have lock it and DK Metcalf on the field while their first round rookie wide receiver, sits on the sidelines beside the coach. Not happening. They’re gonna do a lot more three wide receiver sets. No brainer.
When you say "players to avoid," do you mean until the later rounds? I agree. A lot of these guys shouldn't be taken before JuJu, Kirk, or Deebo; however, I wouldn't mind taking a shot at Elijah Moore, Calvin Ridley, or George Pickens in the later rounds (10 - 15).
@ATS21198421 Have you ever done an auction draft? I would be interested in seeing what the starting price tag is for Calvin Ridley with a depressed ADP. In a Salary Cap League with a $200.00 budget, I'm sure his current price tag is around $5 - $7; almost a steal.
@@ProdigyPoet Yeah just checked his starting value was $18 I believe I got him for $22-25 I added Olave next, then Jerry Judy, then Pickens, & lastly Kadarius Toney! I got Olave for $26 the other 3 combined were $15 total so spent about $65-70 on my WR core & I'm excited for the numbers they will put up!
@ATS21198421 Wow! That's great to know. I think your draft projections for Calvin Ridley. Rounds 4 - 5 are where most people will probably try to nab him. He was an Alpha WR1 in Atlanta when his head was on straight.
So will your fantasy blueprint have some of these interesting stats on the players? Obviously I know it'll be your top 300 but wonderinghow in depth you go. Cause damnnn....if I could just borrow your knowledge on draft days lol
@jlowey1094 so did you buy his blue print last year? I'm really interested in it and he brings up so much crucial statistical facts on each players. Really hoping it's in his blue print
@@chrisheld684 I actually did. I did very well in my leagues aside from taking Allen robinson in the 5th/6th (I believe) ! I’m pretty sure he had a lot of unique stats. I used it mainly for weekly ranking once the season started. Also his blueprint is so cheap that it feels like a no brainer if you’re in a few leagues. He updates it constantly
@@jlowey1094 oh man I can't even describe how excited I am to hear that!! So I have 2 more questions, if you don't mind. So I'm assuming since it's updated weekly that it's either emailed to you or a link or some sort. And once it's out (believe June 1st) I just gotta go into Sals info on his page and then buy it there?
@@chrisheld684 yes he will email you weekly with direct links. And yes I believe in the description there is a link to purchase the blue print. Again it’s so cheap and gives you such an edge in my opinion when he does all the work for you.
I remember last year everyone said to avoid aj brown because jalen hurts runs too much and the eagles are a run first offense. Maybe fields learns to throw this year and dj moore has a great year. Appreciate everything ya do brotha
I like a lot of your content, but ridley is a miss. Marvin jones jr has been a point scorer in this offense and thats the role CR is taking. He wont be a wr1, but he will certainly have week to week wr1 upside
Saying someone is past their prime is a bit squeeed? Everything that happen to him plus the 20+ plus years of football he had played I bet year off made him feel great. He looks focused and ready to eat. Are we forgetting about his 2020 season? Why can Kirk/Ridley/Ingram all compliment each other? Hes better than zay jones so lets not say hes going to take a ton of targets. Love the content but Ridley one is off to me
A couple months ago Ridley was going pretty much 2 whole rounds later than he is now. It’s just an ADP thing now. Predicted top 15 but he’s going as WR16. Just takes his ceiling away.

What did he say about josh Jacobs last year?
Won my leagues

Exactly they had to use 12 personel because they didn't have 3 great receivers. Good coaches adjust the scheme to the weapons they have
Calvin Ridley was forcing himself to play injured to the point where he was losing all passion for the game. That's something you also need to consider when drafting him.

Man I don't see it. I think Ridley is easily the guy in Jax and Lawrence takes a big step up this year. I see Ridley absolutely EATING this year
Comeback player of the year

Agree with most the list but Seattle took JSN in the 1st for a reason. Don’t think he’ll be off the field much come later in clutch time for fantasy.

Good analysis Sal👍🏿
I’m taking Ridley all day
Thanks Sal. That makes me fell better. Besides Pickens I have been passing on them dudes.
Whats the best site for football stats such as strength of defences

I’m trying to obtain the blue print but I can’t figure it out… there’s nowhere on prize picks to put the code in. Anyone able to assist?
Sal and Mason are the 👌
I have to disagree on ridley. He'll be a top 8Wr this year. Lock it in

Seattle ran 12 personal last year because Dwayne eskridge was wr 3
Bateman is competing with like 4 other receivers for touches including Andrews
so is every other reciever?
Idc what you say I’m drafting Ridley lol
You Didn't Factored in Deshaun Watson's 6 week Suspension 🏈
Tough competition? Ridley was balling with Julio. Not kirk or Zay Jones!
Keep sleeping on Ridley he will be a top 10 WR guaranteed, I'm getting him at great value in all my drafts & I'm actively targeting him!
Cap. I'm taking Ridley everywhere I can

I trust you content and enjoy it . But picking Brian Robinson over Jameson Williams is Least sexiest piece of info I've heard in months.
As a Steelers fan Johnson is trash 🗑️ definitely not an "Alpha no. 1 WR, drops way too many easy catches, Pickens is the guy to own!
Disagree with Elijah Moore take.
I'll take Jameson over AJ Dillon, thanks lol
You talk too much 😜
Ridley will be fine. I promise you. He might be slightly overdrafted right now though. Agree with DJ Moore and Jaxson Smith.
Seattle ran a 2 receivers last year cuz there 3rd one was Marquise Goodwin… JSN is still very a great choice
I thought you loved Ridley this year? We heard you predict he'll be a Top-15 WR this year in the "7 Predictions for 2023 fantasy football" video
I can understand the change. Jags have a poor defense so I believe Ridley is far above average. Maybe not as high in the ADP, though.
