LuAnn's arrest wasn't shocking at all. I always knew she had it in her. Alex McCord nailed it with, "LuAnn is a thug in a cocktail dress." Truer words have not been spoken. LuAnn's arrest was hopefully a humbling experience, because she needed a good slice of humble pie. Her arrest was sensational, because of her non-stop "class with the countess" attitude she emanated. She took it way too seriously, which paved the way for people to mock her. With regards to LuAnn's cabaret act, I get the sense people are laughing at her, not with her. Sonja was arrested a few years ago in the Hamptons for DUI and she has a mugshot that actually looks good. LuAnn's mugshot was very telling and scary. Sonja didn't assault a police officer for being in the wrong hotel room with a mystery man. LuAnn's assault on that police officer was a game changer. Hers was a violent arrest that injured the officer to some degree, because his face was scratched and bruised afterwards. She didn't cause serious bodily harm, but she battered him by slamming the bathroom door in his face. Sonja's arrest wasn't violent. LuAnn's arrest was a completely different scenario altogether. Had it not been for the assault, she wouldn't look like such a fool.
Whoa the cast without Bethenny and Sonya feels very empty. Makes you realize how much they brought to the show... Well have to see what this new girl brings
