Ive's 'HEYA' is an imaginative and deep song with the motif of a classic Korean fairy tale. It will be more interesting if you know the Korean classics about the tiger, the hundred-year-old fox, and the sun and moon. The lyrics, full of satire and metaphor, are amazing.

This concept is so great....the MV is so aesthetically pleasing to watch. I really like the song from the start but I'm excited how it will develop with time cause the heya might get on my nerves but I hope not
I think it samples no diggity, but it was soo tasteful and the song had its own identity 100%! (I loved after like but the sample of I will survive always felt clunky for me, so I'm so happy they've done such a nice job with Heya!)

Imo, I like the song but im having a mixed feeling bout the chorus, wish the chorus is like the 3rd chorus tho and ofc the best is the bridge

The main problem I have with Heya is the chorus highly relies on these underdeveloped and frivolous Heyas which hinders my enjoyment of the track. It's disappointing because I love the instrumental, but the adlib just sounds underdeveloped and it doesn't flow or sound well. It's as if Ryan S Jhun hastily threw these adlibs together last minute much like IVE's ooohs and lalalas in Love Dive and you ooo and eye eyes in After Like. The mixing also sounds muddled and harsh, lacking that clean and crispness of the member's voices and the production.
