    THANK YOU FOR THE TIPS. AS A BEGINNER SKATER I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LEARN GOOD WAYS TO WARM UP TO AVOID INJURIES!

    nice info! warming up it very important to prevent injury, Especially in colder temps or for us older athletes. My warm-ups is more like 15-20 min.

    Before this jog min 15 minutes.Thats my experience being a skater.

    Jeeze! If I did all _that_ I won't have any energy left for skating! ;-)
    Actually, I like the idea but I probably won't do all that. My bad. Thanks for the advice though...
