      It's a dual purpose - loving God the creator, and loving one another - those God created to be united with God. Loving God also means receiving the one God sent to separate from within us all that Love cannot accept in eternity (hatred, causing needless suffering, evil, selfishness, etc.)
      (What the "it's all good" faux-spiritual people need to understand is that there are things that real Love does not sit back and tolerate. There is no love without justice.)

    I had an NDE one night in 1998 when I was attacked. I was an alcoholic and drank way too much for way too long. I have not had a drink since 2011. I have always considered myself a kind and compassionate person, but this summer I wanted to grow more and open myself up even more. After opening my heart more and more and talking to my father in law the night he died in his bed from Alzheimer’s, I have been recalling my NDE more and experiencing things that are wonderful. I have so much love now for everybody, even if they have hurt me and all I want to do now is be kind to people and help people. I can now see kindness in everyone. I love my life now and I’m grateful that I was so open to accepting change. I don’t judge people anymore and I realize we are all exactly the same person. My heart breaks for what is happening in Ukraine and for what Putin has told Russians, but I’m glad it has not left my heart wounded with hatred and that I can still see the good in everyone.

I do believe we are all sinners in need of a Savior, God is in control and it's His plan. I don't think we are able to fully understand this because it comes out a little confusing when we try. We have a finite mind and can not fully understand the infinite mind of God. God Bless, my friend! I do love your heart for people and we need more of that compassion in this world. You're awesome!

      Appears to be a kind an honest man. What I can't really understand is how can any human living on Earth describe meeting Jesus (the actual Jesus from the Bible) and also claim to have witness every scene from every story in the Bible ("and everything in between"), yet retell his experience in such a calm and matter of fact way, like he's describing a sale on bananas at the grocery store. I mean if you or I actually witnessed the crucifixion of Christ (in an NDE, a dream, etc), wouldn't you want to be going into painfully minute detail of everything you saw, felt, smelled, etc? Such as the faces of the people, the color of the wooden cross, the sound of Jesus walking or being hammered to the cross? I would be writing books and wanting to make a full length movie and clarifying what it was REALLY like, vs. what has been written or our sparse understanding of such events. I just can't wrap my head around that. It's like telling people that you had an NDE and saw the Atlantean "Hall of Records" but then not bothering to describe what you saw. It's peculiar.

      I have NO trouble believing any of the NDE stories because my grandmother came to me two days after she died. I was just waking up and could feel this INSANE joy and opened my eyes to bright light and a pink fuzzy ball floating toward me, which flew backwards and disappeared as soon as I sat up. I heard a woman's voice say, "We don't die!!!" The joy was overwhelming, and there's no doubt (to me) that was my grandmother's soul telling me we don't die. I''m a deep believer in NDEs and the spirit world. What I struggle with sometimes is listening to some of the NDE experiencers like this gentleman describing having witnesses every scene in the Bible ("and everything in between"). Yet, he says it so casually and matter of fact, like he's describing seeing a sale on bananas at the grocery store to his wife. I would think, if a person like you or me were to literally witness the actual scenes of the Bible, that it might be difficult to recover from that. It would be so breathtakingly astonishing that I would probably write dozens of books non-stop trying to describe every minute facet of each thing I experienced, with a detailed cross-analysis of what the Bible describes vs. what I saw, and what it got right and what it got wrong or did not mention. Right?
    I've had this experience before. Like if someone is describing that they experienced their past lives in an NDE and perhaps casually described being at the dedication of the pyramids in a casual way. My brain just melts down trying to understand how their witnessing and telling of such a momentous event of such historical significance can be done with such a flat retelling of the experience. I mean, there is no person living today that has any true understanding of events that happened between 2 and 10 thousand years ago like that. If that were me, I would be reading every book ever published on Egyptians and the pyramids and pointing to the parts in modern knowledge that were correct and what was wrong, about everything from the appearance, the procedures, the way the people looked and behaved, the smells, the landscape, etc! I would want to make a full length movie saying THIS IS WHAT IT WAS REALLY LIKE!!! Yet, the stories shared by NDE experiencers just seem to skip over the details and don't seem to convey the true emotional impact that would be expected. Maybe its just been too many years, and they are much more sober and reflective about it now. But its just hard for me to reconcile that.

      Yeah, most of us get taught about our family's religion when we are very young and so as children we picture God as an actual man. That stays with us even as we get older. Some religions call God the "father" which reinforces the image of God as an adult man. But God is not male or female. The two sexes on earth are for reproduction variability and are only part of the material world. Before patriarchal civilization there were many religions in which God was a woman, so for thousands of years humans imagined God as looking like an adult woman. Of course God is neither a man nor a woman.

      I love how in 'The Shack" Jesus says something about how he isn't exactly what people would think of as a 'Christian'. So much truth there, I believe. I love how Hindus have sort of a 'pick your own deity' approach to divinity. Think about it; for a girl who was horribly abused (use your imagination) for years by her own father, perhaps the notion of submitting to THE Father isn't one that brings her solace, but rather terror. So it is nice that she might find solace instead in the Hindu goddess Parvati. God wants what is best for us, and even the Hindus acknowledge that their deities are but manifestations of the One True. Call it Brahmin or whatever else. Name it what you will. Accept Shiva or Ganesh or Jesus Christ who died on the cross for your sins- Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation- I really do believe that- but I believe it in a spiritual sense. That is, I believe that having Love in your heart, not for some divine reward but because it is the right thing to do- that is the Truth.
      But then again I am only a man. And I have not eyes to see; only a heart that feels.

      It’s what is at the heart of you I suppose….some see the Buddha, Jesus etc….if you only believe in hell then that is what you’ll see/experience. Also very evolved souls will bypass these meetings and go straight to where they’re supposed to go…they know where they are going..

    I was with the Lord in the Firmament above rhe waters above, after flying through the wandering stars/planets, exactly as described in Genesis, and the Earth was flat to the horizon in every direction under our feet. I even saw the house where I was sitting in a chair giving an LDS missionary discussion with my companion. The Lord charged me up and took me out of my body for an instant and asked me, in the Father's presence, what it was that I wanted (In Spanish). I said I wanted Him to answer their prayers so that they could be baptized. He asked me "WHY?". I stood there, in front of the Father and the Lord, in front of steps like a throne, with Earth stretched out beneath the clear floor under our feet and wondered, 'What is baptism? Why do we do it? Where does it come from?' Since that visit to heaven I have left church christianity and baptism/resurrection/sun worship religions. I know the Lord. Even though I've sinnned since then, I know Him and I saw his flat creation that Lucifer hides with his crafty ones.

      Why? to show we are willing to follow him as a symbol, as he commanded us " Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit," - That's why
      It does seem NDE's make people less rigid/structured or logic-focused & maybe more creative, like DMT. Just an interesting observation I have made after many years.

    I do not trust this guy. I saw his original nde video a year or so ago. His experience was worth a listen. However, as time has gone on, he has added more and more and more and more pieces to his story. So, at this point of time, I don't trust his story nor his motive. I do believe he had a nde, but I don't believe all his stories. He's been putting up videos for awhile, watch them for yourself and make you're own decision. His story changes often. I feel very strongly that all this is an attempt to introduce ppl to LDS.

      @apomar1 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@MikaelBrogren I believe he did have an nde. The reason I believe that is because his very first video, the tone in his voice rang truth. The recounting of the story was beautiful and offered another new layer of possibility. For me, and I think for alot of other people, it's the tone in a voice that rings true when it's a direct witness of God told thru a person's experience. I loved what he had to say and the way he said it. So I "hit like and subscribe" ... I was eager to hear more simple truth. But as time moved forward, his videos narrated more and more pieces, many of which he would validate from his secular beliefs. Which is absolutely fine and ppl have been doing that for as long as I can think of.. But he just kept telling more and more and more stories.. "I was there for birth of christ, when I watched Mary walk behind , when I met Jesus in the desert" .. Etc.. I also believe that once we get God zapped aka have nde, it opens up a whole new universe and set of personal tools we never knew we had. In a meditative state or in prayer, belive we can find a way back to observe our experiences. And with that comes the ability to continue playing the movie in our head and learning more about things unknown. But, he doesn't present new material to his listeners as continued dialogs or thoughts after the fact. he attaches everything into this one nde so it makes listening to this video frustrating bc his story has changed again. So when I hear it, I hear two truths and a lie.
