I would reccomend watching Your Lie in April, Death Note or Assassination Classroom or if you're ok with a lot of episodes Naruto.
Death Note was my first anime that I really geeked out on. I finally got a legit Ryuk hoodie, too! After 4 years... Lol. Now we're collecting MHA statues and action figures.

I've watched few episodes of MHA, it's nice, gonna watch more when I feel like watching it :) One of my all time favorite anime is Fruits Basket, it just had it reboot and I love it. Sometimes I like to watch few anime same time. I recently finished watching Hamatora and Mayonaka no Occult Koumuin, I really liked both. Then there's Kabukichou Sherlock, Special Crime Investigation Unit - Special 7, Ensemble Stars, Food wars (Shokugeki no Souma), and Dr. Stone that I'm currently watching. I love some isekai anime, but not gonna suggest some since you said you don't want to :)
I was trying to figure out if Dr. Stone would be considered an isekai. It shares elements, but it's not really the same thing.
Fruit Basket is sooooo good
At the moment I’m really into Yu Yu Hakusho. It just came out on Blu-ray & I am hooked. My favourite character is Kurama 🥀

I love My Hero Academia! I finally got my husband into it and I was geeking out over Aizawa (my fav of my favs) and asked who his favourite was. He said "Midnight, All Might, Dadzawa, Midoriya, Half n Half, Cat-chan, and Invisigirl." I freaking died laughing. He's on season 3 and somehow missed half the names. He's DoInG iT wRoNg lol

I'm currently watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and I absolutely love it! I started watching it just to understand all the memes and references but it quickly became one of my favourite shows, I would definitely recommend watching it if you haven't already.

I love Fruit Basket 2019, Hoshiai no Sora (stars align), Natsume yuunjinchou (Natsumes book of friends), My hero academia, Steins Gate and Ancient magus bride. Highly recommned all of them.

That first one is that creepy fish that is reaaaaaalllllyyyyy deep in the ocean that they also showed in Finding Nemo. 😂😂😂 The foxes are adorable tho for sure. 🥰 And I love that birb and your complete level of comfort with birds. (I am scared sh*tless of birds and snakes. 😂😂)

Im a busy woman so i had to stop watching tv but something close to my heart will always be Fate series, like Fate/ Stay night. I still get so amazed at the hard work they put into the movements and fighting of the heroes~

I'm watching Hoshiai no Sora (stars align) it's so good, it has a soft style and sweet characters but doesn't shy away from darker more serious themes. I'm really loving it so far.
There is actually a lot of animes im watching or rewatching right now one of my favourites has to be MHA and FMA Brotherhood but there's a lot of other ones like Natsu No Taizai (Seven deadly sinns not sure if the Japanese title is right)

I've been watching Dr. Stone recently and I love it. It's everything I love about humans, intelligence, ingenuity, passion, and how you take all the weirdness your planet throws at you and turn it into something wonderful.

One that I just watched and really loved was Dr. Stone on Crunchyroll. I don't know if you would consider it an isakai anime, technically they don't travel to another world, but everybody turns into statues and the world changes around them.
One thing I like is that as they're rebuilding "the technological world" they explain the science as they're doing it. So, unlike a lot of fiction, there is a high level of plausibility. They're even hinting that "everybody in the world turns to stone for 3000 years" has an explanation.

I would recommend watching Princess Tutu. It's basically a magical girl who fights against a bunch of fairytales. The second seasons does get repetitive, but once you fall into it, you can really get gripped. It can also tend to take a dark turn at times but it's pretty much my favorite anime of all time!

I LOVE those pokemon chocolate eggs! My sister-in-law kindly got me 2 of them from Japan and one had Leafeon and the other Mimiku! They are so detailed for being so tiny.
I love a lot of the anime on the adult swim tv channel. Bleach, inuyasha, mha, demon slayer, fma, fire force, black clover, etc. so many more!! Love that another teacher Jackie (I'm a teacher named Jackie too)is out there crafting it up!!

I'm a huge mha and demon slayer weeb too! I also watch inuyasha, fairytail, bleach and black clover. I would definitely recommened inuyasha. Also I actually rather like zenitsu, hes funny and kinda cool, although insosuke is my fave. My fave mha character is shoto with tamaki,shinso,shoji,bakugo,and kirishima coming after. Loved the vid!!

And a good Anime I love this season is Fire Force. It is still a leftover from last season, but it is from the same Guy which made Soul Eater and the Soul Eater Vibe is so real in this one!

Angler fish! Wow, cool! A lot cuter than the real thing! I didn't even know one could eat angler fish.
Kinder Surprise toys were such a hit or miss. Their generic toys were pretty bad, but they had quite a few fun ones that I loved as a kid. Flywheel cars, Hanna-Barbera / Disney characters and of course their collectible lines, like Happy Hippos. Those were super cute and had very nice detailing and paint jobs, especially for an egg toy.
... dangit, now I'm in the mood to dig them up again; I still have a bunch of them stashed away in a box somewhere.
I got three of those pokemon kinder eggs at a con and got Xerneas, Slowpoke, and Dedenne. Also you got a Lycanrock figure! Honestly, I would've been hoping for the Mei plush had it been me. I love my nerdy crafter girls 😅

My Hero Academia and Fruits Basket are my favorite animes. In March my friend and I went to Emerald City Comic Con and Christopher Sabat( All Might) was there as well as Colleen Clinkenbeard ( Yaoyorozu). It was really cool to meet them in person.

Jackie is suggest you to watch mononoke.No not the Princess Mononoke, just mononoke it's an old anime and underrated but it's quite unique.The sound effect, animation and artstyle is gorgeous.

In terms of anime, I have been on a romance and throwback kick. I have been watching the new "Fruits Basket", really love "Fate Stay Night", "O Maidens in Your Savage Season" is fucking hilarious and so good, and "Love is War".

They aren't particularly new series, but I really liked "Natsume Yuujincho" (Natsume's Book of Friends) and "Akatsuki no Yona" (Yona of the Dawn). (I really enjoy My Hero Academia too!)
Natsume yuujinchou is such a hidden gem, it's my favourite, I really want jackie to see this recommendation now XD
He's a literal handful. Looking forward to Angel's movie! It's almost here! We have Kinder Joy in the US. It has changed in that the egg is split in two: Candy one side, toy in a container on the other half of the chocolate egg (because you can't trust parents to parent their kids ) Today I Found Out Channel did an episode on it a little while back.
I am Watching Maid Sama right now. It's a pretty cute Romantic Comedy around a similar feel to Ouran High School in some aspects. I actually love the main characters in it.
That Lycanroc is really good quality for such a small figure, especially a blind box/surprise toy! I'm pretty sure that's its day form (in the Pokémon games there's two forms)
When I was a kid you used to be able to get this thing called a wonderball and they had a “super” version that had a toy in it. Also I just watched the Netflix live action full metal alchemist and was very surprised at how well they did.
That Pokemon is a Lycanroc :D it evolves from a really cute puppy, Rockruff!
In America, they've made a 'kinder surprise' that separates the toys from the chocolate, and the toys are surprisingly good
Anime I would recommend: Megalo Box. I typically don't care for sports related shows but this one stood out to me and I loved the characters and their stories. It's only 13 episodes (season 2 just got announced but no release date yet), I highly recommend giving it a shot if you like seeing the rising underdog *cough shonenprotagonists/Deku cough* 😉
I live seafood. My mom basically raised me to crave crab and lobster every month or so or I'll get cranky. Love shrimp, mussels and sushi as well
