They are works of art of bad effort, and they are problems that have been here for years. Unchecked men in front, and lazy backchecks. Owen Power alone has a highlight reel of goals against of him having a dumb look on his face at the guy he should’ve checked in front. There is no chance Lindy told him to stick check that guy. This is the result when local media propaganda hype up #1 overalls like Dahlin and Power, when in history drafting a D man #1 overall has never worked in the NHL, this is what happens when you miss out on Crosby with the best % odds to get him, and McDavid when you were duped into thinking Eichel was anywhere near McDavids talent... this is what happens when you can't truly get a #1 forward at all, this team has nothing but 3rd and 4th liners , and dont fool yourself on Thompson, he gets alot of garbage goals when its nothing but padding stats, he doesnt HIT ANYTHING , he falls over when the wind blows, and skates so poorly and slowly when going back to defend, or he just doesnt care to hurry up and defend.. either way its disgusting.
