But when asked for comprehensive indemnity, they are denying it Also the sale deed falsely mentions the title is clear with no cases. This sale deed is being asked to sign by buyers. So buyers have to take calculated risk based on their risk apetite

Their finishings are so bad..I've personally visited these in devenahalli and then chose brigades. Besides the staff here think they own the planet.
