Very informative video, thanks a lot for sharing.
I'm surprised it could be swapped so easily. I thought it involved at least a bms swap...

Thank you for a great and descriptive video.
I bought a 10 year old Zoe a month ago. It’s the 22kWh battery version and gives me a 140 km range after full charge.
But since I only have 40 km two way commute it suits me well.
Nevertheless it would be nice to do a battery upgrade eventually. So your input gives me hope. 😃

No I did not need to replace anything. And my ZOE is an early one of 2012 (q210). Half year later it is still running and charging fine. The range in the odometer is around 265km in the morning. My work-home 2way commute is 180km daily. Im super happy with it.

    Hello,
I am from Germany and your Video is very interesting. Thanks a lot for that.🤩👍 It was short and everything importat seems to im it.
Would I have seen it before i wouldn´t have given the Zoe strait, after bying, back.
The reason was because the rest-km had gone down from 101 km to 51 km on my 24 km back home from bying (without racing) . That shocked me.
After I´ve phoned the seller and so on which took about 20 minutes the display showed 64 km ..... ? Is that normal or is that because one cell is nearly broken?
    How heavy is the Battery?
What do i have to look for if I buy a used battery?
It would be very nice if you answer my questions.
    Best wishes
    Phillip Grimm

It was a Q210 from 2013 with only 32.000 km in very good shape and only 3.600 €

@@PhillipGrimm-k7p I have the same car/battery. The onboard computer is very unreliable concerning the kilometer indicator. It usually drops much faster in the first 25%. Speed (above 90km/h) and hills also have a huge impact on battery consumption.

@@virgilsebirot1861 Thank you. It was flatand i kept in the green (middle to upper green) mostly villages and 70 -90 km/h inbetween.
I guess it was a mixture of the unreliable kilometer indicator and one cell that was perhaps week/half broken.
I gues in ONE Zell the Voltage drops, when in use, quicker than the others.
The BMS calculates with the voltage of the lowest Zell and thats makes it more unreliable.
When stop using it, the voltage of the weak/half broken Zell regenerates and the BMS sends the message that it is fuller (more km to go) than while in use.

@@keivanmadi174 I do not think that Renault dealers offer this service at the moment. I am also not delivering this service. I just did it on my own car. My used 41Kw battery (2019/17000km) cost me 4500 euros of a breaker yard and put it in myself. (See video).
I have my old 22Kw battery for sale btw.
