    Leavelle probably answers the question of Oswald's guilt when he says he couldn't believe Oswald was so relaxed after killing 2 people - maybe because he didn't kill 2 people. The cop that saw Oswald on the 2nd story break room of the book depository right after the assassination said basically the same thing - that Oswald was relaxed and not out of breath when he questioned him briefly - after just shooting the president?

    This girl is either naive or just plain obnoxious. People who dismiss the 'conspiracy' theories do a great disservice to eyewitnesses who adamantly asserted that shots came from the grassy knoll. These weren't people watching a film or reading a book about it, but people who were actually there.

    • @markdaniels7174
      @markdaniels7174 ปีที่แล้ว

      … and people who promulgate conspiracies do a big disservice to history and the memory of the president. More witnesses thought the shots came from the TSBD than from the knoll… and all the ballistics, physical evidence inside the TSBD, Oswald’s flight and killing of Tippit, the mountain of evidence, it all points to Oswald alone. Disservice is people believing Oswald a complete “patsy.” Disservice is Oliver Stone asking (through Kevin Costner): “who mourns for Lee Harvey Oswald?” like “woe, poor little Lee.” The man was a KILLER, beyond reasonable doubt.

    I was only 8 when I saw this live on TV. After getting older, it was strange to me that no one was in front of Oswald as they were walking him through the garage. That leaves me only two possibilities. It was on purpose or maybe no one wanted to take a chance on being shot themselves. We'll never know.

    • @cb-tz8og
      @cb-tz8og 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      William Blair that’s all that is strange to you now? What about the two guys chained to him like he is some top secret brief case in a Hollywood spy movie? How were the three of them going to get into the back seat of a car like that? How about the camera crew coming out just seconds before oswald did? They were inside the jail house with oswald right behind them, and the only footage captured was their last few steps towards the door. The fact that this prisoner transfer was announced to the public, and televised screams holy fucking red flag! Why wasn’t the car parked right in front of the door so the shortest route possible could have been taken? Why is there no muzzle flash, bullet hole, or a single drop of blood? I could go on, but I’d be hear all day. I’ll spare you and cut my rant right here.

    With all do respect to Mr. Levealle, he has always overstated his reaction to the event. He has described how he saw Ruby with a gun down at his side and that he saw Ruby stepping out of the crowd moving towards Oswald. He states that as he saw Ruby approach he grabbed Oswald and tried to pull him and ended up turning Oswald. Please look at the photographs of the shooting. EVERY photo of the shooting shows Levealle looking straight ahead! As Ruby approaches, Levealle is looking forward. There is no photographic evidence that supports his version that he looked in Ruby's direction prior to the shot.

      @J-S.P 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

If he caught Ruby with a gun down at his side out of the corner of his eye, you would think he would eventually turn his head towards this action. He never did. He did not turn or react until after the shot. Look at the famous photo of Ruby stepping towards Oswald. Leavelle is looking straight ahead, no glance towards Ruby and he certainly had not begun to pull or turn Oswald.

The scientific method - the ballistics, the physical EVIDENCE, critical thinking skills, common sense, and Occam’s Razor - brings you to Oswald, nowhere else.

Was there an internal investigation? If there wasn't, then even the Dallas Police have to be suspect because A police officer LET Ruby enter, AFTER the police officer was told NOT to let anyone into the building. But if they did an investigation into the Dallas Police, then would they find out how many police officers were bought off by Ruby. The ONLY investigation was a survey asking officers if they knew Ruby. I say, full internal investigation be performed.

      Jack Ruby had a lot of friends in the Dallas Police Department, many of them high ranking. He also had lots of friends in the mob. He thought he was a big shot and both the mob and the police used him. Make no mistake, this was a hit. He was ordered to take Oswald out. If Oswald hadn't been killed, he would have spilled his guts about who was involved in the assassination. The irony is that Ruby didn't have to kill Oswald. He was already convicted in the court of public opinion. People back then only saw things as one way or the other. If Oswald had told everything, no one would have believed him.

    Strange day for him to wear a White suit to work in 1963 Dallas during a mournful time to say the least. White suit was basically a sign to let oswalds Assassain know exactly where he was among the officers escorting him. He got those handcuffs off in record time also?? It’s obvious Levelle and that other officer escorting L.H.O are purposely looking in the other direction to avoid making eye contact with Ruby or whoever the guy with the gun was. Terrible acting. Ruby may have been hyponothesied and the man in the white suit was the mental trigger. Rubys doctor in prison was an MK ultra DR from the CIA.

    policeman, a bit player in the JFK assassination saga. A sampler: "Oh,
    he handcuffed Oswald so as to make Ruby's job easier." or "Oh, he was
    looking right at Ruby (when he said he wasn't)! or "Oh, he wasn't even
    looking at Ruby (when he said he was)!" or "Oh, why was he the only man
    in Texas wearing a white suit that day?" All these half-baked musings
    demonstrate how the pro-conspiracy engine, once running purely on fumes,
    has now sputtered to a standstill.

      A "bit player" getting interviewed on CNN decades later? Imagine that. This fellow was supposed to protect a very high profile prisoner and by his own account he failed miserably.
      One hesitates to burst the mental balloon you've floated about things "sputter[ing] to a standstill," but you seem unaware that much research and writing continues to be done on the assassination, and a great deal of it is not "half-baked" but instead very well done.
      Some folks are just all about history, but only so long as the history involves presenting a single perspective.

      It was pure chance that Ruby even got there before Oswald was already gone. He arrived in the garage just SECONDS before they brought Oswald out. A longer line at Western Union (where Ruby was, prior) and Oswald would’ve been gone before Ruby got to the garage. Also, LHO was supposed to be transferred sooner, but insisted on a last minute change of clothes. If not for that change of clothes, again, he would’ve been gone before Ruby arrived. This wasn’t a planned “hit” or anything conspiratorial like that; it was a spur of the moment opportunity that Ruby took. “Kill the beloved president’s killer and become a national hero” is how Ruby saw it.

      Chorus Frog we never will because of the power of those that I think are involved. You didn’t ask, but here’s what I think. H.W. Bush, then with the CIA orchestrated the ending of Kennedy, for his Israeli brethren/puppet masters, because jfk wouldn’t back off when he was told not to monitor the nuclear power plant in Israel. I can’t remember the name of the place off hand. This storyline helps to explain H.W.’s feuds later on with saddam, and Gaddafi. I’ve come to see that Israeli Zionist elites pretty much own the world, and have been in position to extort/blackmail every single potus since Wilson was blackmailed into signing the federal reserve act. They control our money, and can collapse our dollar at any time with the snap of some fingers. That’s why we overthrow governments of countries that do not give into a central banking system. We do the dirty work for Israel, and in return Israel doesn’t ruin us. H.W. Was the first one that I can recall to talk about a new world order. At that time the countries that were not yet on board were Iran, Iraq, Libya, Columbia, Syria, North Korea, The Sudan, and maybe a couple that I’m forgetting. My point is, since HW, how many of those countries have we had problems with? Pretty much all of them. Now only Syria, Iran, and North Korea remain in charge of their own monetary systems. Another point with Kennedy is that he openly opposed the federal reserve. That was how he initially pissed off the Jews. They were so arrogant as to put him on the half dollar in 1964. That took an act of congress to allow since the Franklin half hadn’t run long enough to be replaced yet. 1964 was the last year that our coins contained any silver. That was the last time that the US dollar was backed by anything of real value. Since then it’s just paper, and cotton. The year after the ending of Kennedy. To further tie this all together, Oswald was a Jew, and so was Jack Ruby(Rubinstein).That’s my unsolicited, long winded view. Sorry for forcing it on you like this:)
