  • If you want to know how to invest in real estate in 2023, you’re in the right place. You’ve heard the news, seen the housing market updates, and may be thinking, “is this the year to start?” EVERY real estate investor thinks the same thought before making the jump into real estate investing. It can be scary, no matter the market conditions, but with the proper prep, you can start your investing career THIS YEAR, create passive income, reach financial freedom, and build wealth in the background.
Henry Washington went from W2 worker to full-time real estate investor only recently, but it didn’t take him decades to get there. It only took Henry a few years to build a full-time real estate investing career, with over eighty rental properties and dozens of house flips in the works! He gives a STEP-BY-STEP strategy to get into real estate, how to find property deals NOW, and what you can do to make the MOST money possible. So don’t push your dream of financial freedom to another year. Stick around and start investing!
Let us know in the comments below what else would help YOU get on the path to your first real estate investment!

The greater the passive income you can build, the freer you will become. Taking the first step is the hardest, but 7 house later living off passive income since June 6, 2016. You’ve got to start taking steps to achieve your goal.

Nahhh i like the hour length. I bet you have an hour of chores or something todo while listening. Also if its too long just come for another watch or break it down into two 30 minutes. But i find if its a good topic and discussion length doesn't matter as long as they flush out important ideads and make a framework for application nuance.

    Hi Henry
I really enjoyed this intro to investing in Real Estate. Was there a strategy you used to get over the trepidation of taking on large amounts of debt to buy these propertties before you really had an exit or monetizing method? I understand that there are risks but perhaps you can do a video on how to avoid pitfalls. I've had really bad experiences with renters, property managers and home falling apart--are these just the necessary evils of this type of investing? thank you

After selling a couple homes in 2022, I'm anticipating a housing crisis in order to buy inexpensively. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What recommendations do you have for the best time to buy? On the one hand, I keep reading and seeing trader earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?
