what about the chains to hold down the loading ramp? I've seen them flip down when traveling down the road following our lowboy

The chain slots on my trailer got damaged, haven't used the ramp chains in 5 years and a ramp has never flipped up, it's way to heavy.

Is the classic Talbert trailer still on the front lawn ? Used to go by there on 114 almost daily. What a video.. Loading up the company forklift :)

Still there, I live about 15 miles away from Talbert and go by regularly, I have a 72 Talbert de-tach myself and there are lots of Talbert trailers in this area(Francesville)

they forgot to secure the load. I'm sure it's just for demonstration purposes and you don't need to tell a professional that he should secure the load.

I have seen guys unload equipment from side with out disconnecting trailer.Is that ok to do with a lite load or will it cause damage

There is a sticker on the side that says DO NOT SIDE LOAD. I never have, it takes 30 seconds to disconnect, shortcuts don't usually work out doing this stuff
