    Super cool! Thanks for sharing. I have that same motor mount, and various outboards, similar to the Honda. Kinda loud for the gas outboard - the electric set up is best with those new Lifpo batteries. That looks like a really nice setup!

    Thanks, that looks like a great setup. How does it perform? Speed, angle to wind.

      It's pretty good. I would say it tacks through about 100 degrees. It's faster on a reach than close hauled. Reaching she will often do about 5 knots.

      I epoxied in a block of wood with a hole saw cut through the middle.
