To lower and wide tire you will swap out the front forks with lowered ones and for the rear you buy a lowering shock such as the "low boy" now for the back wheel you would need a fatty stretch kit which allows you to run the fat rims.

I hope one day I build a sick Ruckus too. For weekends when I don't want to go in death speeds while canyon carving. So Cal has a great Ruckus scene too. Sick video. Ride safe and lookout for dumbass cagers since they can't see you.
