I’m sorry to hear about your daughter. I lost my 15 yr old daughter to cancer 8/16/22. I started gardening after she past away. It has been great therapy for myself
I was diagnosed with cancer when I was 3, I had treatment for 6 months. Lots of side effects but I’m here and I’m healthy enough 🥰 flower farming on a small scale and enjoying life with my husband and son. Hope your angel tolerates her treatment well 🤞🤞 best of luck to all of you
I just discovered your channel and subscribed. I am also in NJ, more south in Burlington county. Your daughter is beautiful and your family will now be in my thoughts and prayers. I am in the medical profession and my garden was my sanctuary to get me through the dark days of working in the hospital during the pandemic. There are so many amazing treatments now, stay strong and know that miracles happen every day!
Wishing full recovery for your daughter. Praying for you and Eric to have the strength to go through the treatment with her It is hard for a mom to see her child go through all of this, but she's strong. Believe Jesse, be positive. E will be OK.
Dear Jesse, I am saddened to know that your little one has cancer. Clearly you are one strong young woman. I am happy that you have a loving family to support you, and your farming to pour your energies into. I have enjoyed your video’s for a while now. I will head over to your website to see if there is something I can use, thank you. I am wishing you continued strength, and that your daughter is cured, without much suffering. I am a retired medical person, and would say that treatment for cancers have been revolutionized recently. I am very hopeful for you and E! My best wishes to you all.
Jess, thank you for "your kindness"! I am encouraged and reassured by all your flower trials. The celosia you spoke of that "pinked" up did that in my garden last year. Continued prayers for your family ones. I became very sick in June and diagnosed with Lyme 😝 so my season came to a halt.. I am doing fantastic🙌🏼 now. I got back up thank God and got some zinnia and Sunflowers in.. 🎉
I’m very sorry to hear about you getting Lyme and glad to hear you are now doing well. These flower experiments have been the highlight of my late summer. It’s been a really pleasant surprise to come out to!
I am happy you have discovered the zen of your flower farm (re last video), it is a place where you can just be. So necessary right now. I hope Eric has such a place as well. If you can't sleep, go outside and talk or weep at the moon, that helps too.
Loved this video awesome info as usual. You never disappoint. Hope you and your family are doing well and no need to reach out to everyone individually. You said it all. Your amazing You inspire all of us. 💜💜
So sorry to hear about your daughter ❤ my son was diagnosed with cancer at 6 years old. 18 years later thankfully he is still with us 💙keep gardening as much as you can but don’t try and do it all. You need your strength to get you through this difficult time ❤️🩹
Love E watering her garden! ❤ Great video! My parents helped with us too, I don’t know how others manage without support! Thinking of you all always and sending love!
Your stock growing this late is a revelation! And the celosia self seeding sounds very useful. Wishing you, Eric and your daughter much love, Jessie. Thinking of you all xxx
A very experienced grower told me that celosia is a crop that benefits from saving seed. It gets better every year bc it adjusts to your microclimate (same for every other crop) and it is so easy to seed save. Instead of seed saving, I just let it reseed 🙂
I just found your channel and subscribed. I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. I will prey for her and your family. I would be your neighbor as I like to paint flowers.
Sweet family. Prayers for all of you. We want to hear the updates. We really care. Flower farmers are wonderful supporters. I have been enjoying following you for awhile You encouraged me to get excited and taught me a lot. Appreciate what I have gained from you. Now I will give back through love and prayers. In Jesus arms.
Wow, I never thought of growing stock in the late summer, but I'm definitely going to try next year! Have you read Johnny's PDF on culling stock for the doubles? I tried but left them in the cool for too long (i forgot about them 😫), but I'm definitely trying again in the spring.
@bareflowerfarm I've heard that with the Quartet variety and have been wanting to try it, but I can't find it anywhere from seed. You should let some of yours go to seed, and I guarantee you would have a lot of people, me included, lined up, ready to buy it! 😉

Summer stock?! What a bonus. I wish I could bottle up their fragrance!
If that were a perfume, it would be a bestseller!

Hello, I love your videos, very educational. Where do you order your plants?
❤❤❤❤❤
🙏🏽❤️
Hi Jessie, maybe you can try the variety 'Sharon' celosia, more colour (pink) than the FF. I really like it.
I will check that out! I haven’t heard of that. But there’s soooo many celosia out there, like literally hundreds!
Wow, I never thought of growing stock in the late summer, but I'm definitely going to try next year! Have you read Johnny's PDF on culling stock for the doubles? I tried but left them in the cool for too long (i forgot about them 😫), but I'm definitely trying again in the spring.
I have! I never tried it but I’m surprised at how many doubles are coming from this quartet!!
@bareflowerfarm I've heard that with the Quartet variety and have been wanting to try it, but I can't find it anywhere from seed. You should let some of yours go to seed, and I guarantee you would have a lot of people, me included, lined up, ready to buy it! 😉
Jesse, I'd love to order some anemone mistral milka corms from you! Will you be restocking this variety in the near future?
We are unfortunately out of Milka 😔. It’s a really popular color and tough to get in bigger size corms! If I have extra I will send you some!
my glowing amber is very different... lot of plumes ...
Do you mean the celosia? I actually prefer the plumes!
@@bareflowerfarm yes i bought glowing amber from fleuret.. i love it!!! very plume..
First!
