Try the rotting one in a much smaller pot with holes in pon.

Thank you Francesca, your plants are lovely. I have three anthuriums - the common grocery store one, a friedrichsthalii and a bakeri - the latter ones in my cabinet. I haven't dipped my toe into the velvet leaved varieties, but may have to after seeing your beauties😊
