Why are those guys walking beside the grader...are they telling him when to raise and lower the blade?...if they are that guy in the seat needs to go work at mcdonalds

In many places, work is done without a label stick, but in many places on the roads, the stick according to the road label is buried, so that the stick does not get lost during road labeling and those people walked along to see the stick to see whether the road was built on the stick label or not.
