Blade speed is Twice what should be (he’s BOUNCING!) , putting the windrow back into the previous cut, making passes on top of passes with NO SIGHNS of ANYONE OR ANYTHING checking grade (WHERE ARE THE GRADE STAKES!?) and the list goes on…*

A skilled grader operator makes sure the mole board is rolled back all the way, the machine stays intimate with the surface and there’s always material rolling off the end of the blade. This guy is a rookie at best.

15 seconds into the video I can tell you that this is NOT a skilled operator. At best he is just a "driver". Watch the machine bounce. He is traveling too fast. Improper machine placement, improper circle and moldboard position, no wheel lean. Pushing a large windrow, he should have had some articulation.
