The HU Showtime Marching Band Homecoming Tunnel is one of the most anticipated Homecoming videos of the year. My Homecoming season is not complete until I've seen this video. Great footage.
There was no tunnel for homecoming this year! I believe the band may have been booked for another performance after the game But there is a home game today! If they do a tunnel, I will capture it
After the last 10 years, I'm sorry - when ever I see or hear anything about Howard University, I think only of the foot shufflin' Dean in the book "Invisible Man".
That's great & all, but maybe consider whether the ones who showed up did their jobs (We all wish for a bigger band but that budget $ has to come from where?)
10-29-22. The tunnel line looks so tacky. IF PREVIOUS DRUM MAJORS ARE GOING TO MARCH THEY SHOULD BE DRESSED IN HOWARD’S MARCHING UNIFORM. HOW INSULTING TO THE COMMITMENT OF THE BAND MEMBERS.
I quite like that only current band members wear the uniform. Easy to tell apart & the current members get their shine. Plus what 50 somethings are gonna want to squeeze into uniform? Your way isn't their way, but both ways are okay
@@gaboundatlast facts - I think it's so cool that the alums participate but only the current members are in uniform. That makes perfect sense to me. Really enjoyed this footage. #HUAlum #HUDad

I attended there. In fact my school band marched in their homecoming parade and I was on snare. Lol.
Damn old Howard was more lit. I attended from 2013 to 2017. Go this year!!

I have to agree. The execution looks so sloppy thats it's distracting. What a shame since there's so much untapped talent at Howard.
