    186 Total active houses (med price $391,500)
    The average number of days on the market (until an offer is accepted) is 25 days
    Today's Interest rates are 7.32%
    $300,000 and Under: 42 Listings, (med price $219,450)
    $300,000-$500,000: 94 Listings, (med price $389,900)
    $500,000 and up: 51 Listings, (med price $785,000)
