I love Andre's delighted giggle when profound ideas are in the air on his show. Childlike and wise. Human Spirit *IS* that giggle.

I love all your podcasts but this one is the most important one! It’s so real about how to be real in real life!! Thank you!

I'm currently doing 2 sets of meditation a day, plus yoga in the morning. All of this integrating my reiki pratice. No music, no app, no nothing. Just me, my breath and a few mudras. Already had some decent experience but was struggling to keep a steady practice due to a particularly busy schedule this year. Managed to stabilize in this rhythm a couple weeks ago, and Life already shifted, with no signs of slowing down.
Can't stress how important it is to actually meditate. As in just sitting and breathing. There are so many techniques you can apply. Guided pathworking is great, but it'll only take you so far. The real shift happens when you learn how to turn your own knobs. That's when you find where the tap is and learn how to turn it up a notch. Just my 2 cents

That when I feel lost and unstable. . I can have this healing space to remind me of what I'm committed to. . This journey feels lonely and isolating recently and having this helps. .

The only choice seems to be becoming a leader in the spiritual realm as a spiritual coach that hosts big events? Does anyone have a calling to science? Farming? Engineering? Not trying to call out, genuinely curious.
