The motor on Himiway bikes automatically slow you down when you stop pedalling. I'm not talking about the pedal assist just cutting out when you stop pedalling as per UK law. It will actually back pedal to slow you down. Furthermore, in the UK, the throttle is essentially redundant. It won't function at all if you are not stationary, and even then, it barely does anything. The motor won't kick in until about 2 seconds after you have begun pedalling too, so if you are in traffic, good luck setting off quickly.
