Mist likely, this is mostly gonna be about Penguins' rise to power. As it really should be. If Batman is in it, dont expect him to be in every episode, ge shouldn't be.
He'll probably do an appearance in one episode. Or maybe not at all, and if not ,that's fine too because this is Penguins show. You don't want to wear out Batman.
But this is more of an Elseworld film as James Gunn said. All the non grounded films and shiws will be DCU. This is DC, but not DCU. Its classified as Elseworld, like The Joker films.

Oh yeah, I don't expect Batman to appear much. More so like a cameo would be cool. If it remains as grounded as it is then I guess its ok. I just hope we get a really solid, comic accurate, Batman in the DCU.
