I too felt like I couldn't pop my chest at first but then realised that my lower back needs to give it the push (This was before I began watching Mihran's videos). Without the push from the lower back it's difficult to get the pop. Mihran too talks about using the lower back. I love his explanations. The explainations are clear and consise. And he tries to look at it from the student's point of view.

Weird Tree I think I got an idea. I was like that at first too. U can stay still and just inhale with your chest pointing upward. At this same time while your stomach is sucking in, u can finally release your breath by exhaling. This way your shoulders are remain still. If u repeat this step, u will feel that your lower back like Mihran explained that it helps push your chest upward every time u inhale. It works great for me.

I thought I was doing it wrong, I thought its the same with those arm popping, where it has to do with contracting the muscle(which I cant)... I thought this is chest muscles contraction, but its a chest out kinda move.
What if your chest like ummm Like your boobs make it look like your not doing it at all? Like instead of it bopping like it should Your chest just bounces, so it looks weird. I think. I dont know Edit: its been 1 hour I can do it... Slightly But its still looks unnoticable Is this normal for people like me? Or do i need to train more

Hold your hands up above your head and reach as far as you can (or forward, but I think up is better).
Just practice not to move them that much and be patient :). It takes a while

Quite normal for beginners. Just keep practicing. Practice any chance you get. That's the only way to get better.
