i love how the van's colors remind me of the mystery machine from scooby doo. had i grown up in the 80s, i would probably have fond memories of this toy. it obviously was more economic than an official one imported from the us, it's why kids my age grew up with playmobil instead of lego sets.

the reason not many bootlegs of the party wagon exist is probably the same reason not many toy companies don't make a ton of vehicles anymore. Vehicles are more complex and require more complex molds to the point that the cost to produce typically outweighs any amount of revenue gained from them, especially in the the current market. Much more efficient and cost effective to produce figures and playsets.
I wonder if this version of the Party Wagon would look more in-scale to the ReAction TMNT figures by Super7. Yean, they couldn't get in thru the front seat of the Turtlevan due to doors being shut & part of the mold, but as a display piece on a shelf it could maybe work w/those figures (esp. since Super7 never made a Turtle vehicle for those figures, did they?). Plus, you could probably easily modify it by adding a few label stickers, like to the hood & front bumper.
