I think these voice-overs are awesome! They keep the viewer on track of what's happening exactly. I'd think the engine teardowns are more pleasant as "ASMR" But it would be cool there also hear you point out things that might confuse or need more explaining. I'm a big fan of these series and there's possibly 0 videos I already haven't watched. These really make my day. Keep up doing these amazing videos!

get some clear protective cover to cover your lights as well that'll go on top of the acrylic, so if after over spray eventually covers the sheets and dims the light you can just peel of the protective cover and apply a new one, back to 100% light.
For the sealing of doors you could use shower door sealing. They are like magnetic wires in tubes of silicone that pull two tubes of them together so the fitting seals pretty good.
your voiceovers are very enjoyable! you only talk about stuff worth mentioning contrary to so many other YTers. It really helps following your line of thought behind things, pls keep it up!

(48W*8)/230 = 1.7A Regular 1.5mm flex is more than enough for the distance you are likely to use it. The flickering is down to a difference in the light frequency and your camera's shutter speed.
you can make an alluminium very thin arround the door and screw it into the door, after that between the metal and the wall you can glue old car sealings (like this around the doors) to seal the door
Great work! I would have made the shelf a frame to screw the shelf on to first using continuous lengths for the widths. Anyway, to fix the flickering, you need to slow your camera shutter settings. You'll need to slow them down in increments to see what works for you. Carry on with the good work and I hope your mood lifts. Sorry about the bad news you received.

hi! nice work! for the door seals, i'd look at a flexible plastic strip with magnets on it, maybe those weak flat magnet... which could stick on a piece of iron trim all around the doors... Also, for your big front doors, they will most likely sag towards the middle, and really drag on the floor. i'd look into putting a set of wheels there so they are supported and open and close better....
Flicker is due to cheap LED drivers. You should replace these with specified "flicker free" versions. Also, re door sealing. The door is swinging the wrong way. It should swing outwards so the negative (exhaust fan) pressure pulls the door closed against rubber/foam sealing strips.
Maybe something like the strips of Window/ Door insulation seals? Great to see another video and hope you are OK. Thanks for sharing your journey as always
to seal the inner door on the booth - put a lip around the door, while its open put a fat bead of silicon around the lip. Leave it to dry (without closing the door) and then when you close the door, the silicon will act like a rubber seal
A rubber p-seal with an adhesive backing and/or bonded into the appropriate side of the door frame would be easy. Don’t know if it’s the best solution, but I’ve done this on things to keep water out of door seems in an industrial setting, bonded into place with an rtv and fixtured for cure with tape.
Adorafluffle helper :) Excellent work getting it all sealed and a good design. As a woodworker, I am very sceptical about the framing timber you used for the whole project. Should have used 70x35cm for it all. Even for something as lightweight as a spray booth, you're gonna have problems with sagging and warping pretty soon, especially in the heat you have there.
Nice booth! Try to use to little wheels in the inner corner of the doors. So the weight will be not supported by the frame, and you don’t have to pull them up.
The LED flicker can be resolved by using a "flicker-free" driver for each light. I usually get my electronics from CPC / Farnell in the UK, but not sure what's available in Spain. The length of cable you're using should support all the lights as they're only low wattage. Not like you're running a string of 500W incandescent lights or anything. EDIT: Damn, just realised you'll have to remove the seals to each light to replace the drivers. Rather you than me!

Theres also ways to fix it when editing check Peter McKinnon on TH-cam. For the doors no need to seal just make sure you keep slightly positive pressure inside the booth. i am by no means a camera expert but from what i understand it could be the LEDs have a refresh rate that exceeds that of the cameras frame rate when it records which could causes the flashing on camera. it could possibly be fixed if you can increase the frame rate that the camera records at.
how do u remove the glass from the lightcovers? how do u protect them from the paint? how do u change the filters? i run my own painshop and u need to think of some door-style way of changing the filters. btw those green filters look like the one i use, theyr fine.
20FT Garage Door Weather Strip Threshold Bottom Weather Seal 5/16" T x 3 3/4" W u u can make a frame the your booth door closses against and use thie type of seal to press the door up against and then use somthing like this latch Slide Door Barrel Bolt Bathroom Toilet Shoot Door Dead Lock Sliding Catch Latch but u have to make sure it is a bit tuff to latch to ensure a good seal on your door
Just out of curiosity, wouldn't it have been easier to cut the side door in BEFORE you painted and sealed everything? As for sealing the door, I'd suggest a rubber gasket around the outside, like you'd see on a shower door and the like. I'm fine with or without the voice over, but a lot of people probably don't know a lot about this, so the voice over is good for them. Whatever is easiest for you.
Do the lights only flicker on camera? This can be because of the refresh rate. I explain AC/DC with lighting to people as a cup with a leak in it(DC powered lights and tools constantly flowing), being filled by a person with another cup dumping enough to fill it regularly(AC electricity input) It looks like a strobe when ballasts fail on your energy efficient home lights even when the lighting elements are working and they have power.

with rubber sealing overlap, something like you can see on the windows and doors.
you could use rubber door gaskets that are typical on exterior doors in north america to seal the side door.

You could seal the door with windshield wiper rubbers (you can buy that from eBay or Aliexpress) it has a little notch for the door to fit in

If you need to cut acrylic in the future, Bosch makes blades specifically for that.

Cool idea. that is also how a ceiling falls down on you. Need to look up framing. Awesome build though.
I would recommend to use 2x4 for the shelves and roof. Much more sturdy.
