Daichi Ikarachi is so incredible. I can't believe the speed of his turns. I've never seen a male dancer's turns faster. He is extraordinary. I can't believe the heighth and elevation and lingering quality of his split leaps. He has Nureyevian attack in his dancing. He has wonderful style and artistry. I can't say enough about him.
Three amazing dancers. Ikarashi is a thrilling dancer, with beautifully studied changes of pace. Hinkis' port de bras are so rounded and soft. Acri has the minor part but is a match for the others. Thank you for posting the video.
Gosh, I think Ali out-jumps Vasiliev! Can someone tell me who the dancers are and where they dance? Any details about this gala, if it won't get you in trouble with YT's copyright police?
@@DancersDiary Can't believe Daichi (Ali, right?) is in the corps. I wonder if he was hired a little like Alina Cojacaru was---hired for the corps but really on the fast track for promotion. Unusual to see multiple lefty turners in the same piece! This was lovely, thanks for this!

I saw Nureyev dance Corsaire, & this young man reminded me straight away. Wonderful elevation, grace, & ease of movement, with outstanding turns.
